I was flying in remote areas like mt fuji which doesn't require permission. If you are flying in the city then I recommend to check with local authorities regarding the permission.

TheJigFreak hi bro. I suggest to fly in the country side, no permit is needed. It’s not allowed to fly in big cities like Tokyo, Kyoto,Osaka etc.

did you ask permission to fly your drone? to whom? or it is legal to fly there anywhere but without people around?
