Buddy, at Vr the aircraft rotates, about the center axis, the nose wheel lifts off, followed by the main gear to about ten or eleven or so degrees. With runaway trim the first order of business is counter the trim with wheel or stick input while disconnecting the pitch trim switches on the center console. This one belongs in the burn bucket!
