- WOW The York TCA train show convention is the Largest O gauge train show in America! I went this Fall 2022 and had a blast. Got some great things I’ll show in my haul video proceeding this one. I met some great train friends finally like RBPTRAINS Chris, Jason of JDstucks, Eric Seigel of Eric’s trains, RJ’s trains, Dakman, Audamus MattycTrains, Matt rochford, Chris’s trains & things and so many more! It was really nice meeting allot of youtuber train friends in person and I met many people who are fans of the channel as well! I got to hang out with my buddy Darren from firehawk1218 too, go check out his channel! Sub him he’s building a really Impressive UP Cheyenne themed layout!

I was there on Thursday afternoon. I noticed the show is getting smaller and that vendors specializing in scenery were few and far between. Got to meet Chris from RBP Trains.

Thanks and glad you enjoyed it. My suggestion is register ahead of time and go on Thursday. I went Friday and it felt like the place was picked over from the day before

Yeah they were very nice! The first one that has the water scene was from model rail scenes. He builds custom layouts
Great video and I'm glad you were able to attend York this year. At the MTH booth, they had one of the new Premier CNJ USRA Mikado's that was offered by Patrick's Trains. It came out beautiful. I gave him the idea to have that engine made and I sent him the artwork and photos of it. I really want to attend York in the future. Never been there ever.
It was fun Alex! Went by so fast and I felt like I didn’t show enough. I was too busy looking around myself and talking to friends lol. That engine at the MTH booth looked nice. The PRR j1a is a beast tho

The way I was told by the one train shop I go to, the York pa train show you where at is very expensive to try and buy anything there.

If you do come out west let me know, your welcome to come see my postwar layout and a tour around the railroad I volunteer with
And depending on when, possibly even get to mess with a speeder

Thank you. I’m honestly not sure. They weren’t advertised very well. You can go onto the TCA website and look at the orange hall. He was located preset central location. Hope that helps

I went to the Spring meet and was literally pissed that I scrapped a day at work to go there. Same people selling the same junk that’s been there for years….and whatever new was for sale was outrageous in price. I’m done with York and won’t be going again.
I don’t blame you. It’s a commitment to make the trip. I noticed so very handsome pricing as well. I skipped allot due to it.
