Creating perfect tactics in #FM22 can be a bit daunting, but in this Football Manager 2022 video, I breakdown how I created a PERFECT 4-2-4 in the hope it helps others to be able to create their "perfect" tactic from scratch. In the video, I showcase the results I got with Porto & Valencia, my method at looking at the squad and recognising it's strengths, creating the tactic and style of play including the use of DATA HUB, and lastly, we play a match to see how the tactic plays out in Football Manager 2022.

Very similar to my Valencia tactics, Gaya is arguably the best left back on this year's game. Gomez and Arezo grabbed around 60 goals between them, with Silver chipping in with 21. Even had the best defensive record

I might need to make a cautious version of my 3-5-2 for marselli. I think youve sorted out my problem in losing these away games too much. im going to take some of the ideas from the cautious version of the tatic you mentioned and incorperate it. great video and once again keep up the good work.

do you change something in 3d game because with ajax i not really dominate in 3d with this tactic tie a lot but when i simulate it without watching I win 6 or 7 to 0? Even against worst team i have a lot of problem in 3d but in simulation i beat man u, psg easly.
This formation in attacking is great but you just concede so many. You get loads of 3-0 or 5-2 losses. Still won me the league with leeds but i think i am going for a new tactic.

how come you dont have pass into space i thought this would be standard in every tactic?
I dont use pass into space. It depends what you want from your tatic or the personell you have. With my 3-5-2 tatic at marselli i dont pass into space as i want them to play at the feet of my players instead of them looking to but that ball into space for someone to run onto so may have wanted that from the players
