Interesting you mention directories. I wonder if that is why FreshBooks does not have their partner directory public. I have a FreshBooks certification and they told me there is no public directory but that they have an internal one where you can still be matched by an internal process. I personally would rather just have good clients via word of mouth or that are a good fit without random directory contacts. Thank you for this video!
I am not sure why the directory at FB isn't live yet. I think it is just low priority to build. And it allows FB to field customer support questions first before acting like there is a long list of folks who know the software. Because, at this point, most of the folks certified don't actually know the software. So a directory would be pretty misleading. But yes, directories are not the best way to build our businesses.
