Another great video Kelvin and Friends cook up. Sherly's Caribbean cursine is a big deal. Food taste really good, customer service A1. Keep showing us great videos Kelvin and Friends cook up can't wait to see which video is coming next.
@friendscookup amazing video! I love seeing the behind the scene of the cooking and Sheryl’s restaurant food is sooo good I tried it a few weeks ago and plus Ms Sheryl seem like a sweet owner.
I went there last week, The food was good but honestly it was expensive because i got soo little food. The ox tails were soo small also😢 i have been to other jamaican places in toronto and there prices were really reasonable and i got alot of food. I paid $18 here for jerk chicken with pea rice and when i got home i only got 1 piece of jerk chicken😢 Just being honest but the food did taste good😊
Went to the one on Eglinton west Ave and I wasn't impressed I don't give bad reviews but I bought a large jerk chicken dinner with rice and peas and the portion was very small 1 chicken leg I was like really for $18 dollars. I don't complain about food but come on give people food for their money. But it's my fault because I don't really eat out from restaurants like that but I watch you highlighting them and I passed there all the time so I decided to go there last Friday, I put off my stew chicken back and provisions just to try out and support my black people but I was disappointed.
@lesrinewhitby4653 I would say 6/10 when I go to new York the Food there taste different and portions bigger and I enjoyed it but here in Toronto lots of those restaurants need to be closed because some of them look very dirty, hygienic wise I'm afraid to eat out .
I love foot feet soup and pig tail soup. I went to Jamaica five times to visit and there is a place called the stop shop which is half way on the highway to Grand Bahia Principal or the Riu Hotels the jerk chicken is excellent there. You stop there to use the washroom, nothing fancy, but the jerk chicken is excellent. The first time I stayed at the Riu in St.Anne there was a man called Paul he used to cooked the jerk chick for lunch in a little booth on the premises his jerk chicken rocks.
I have never seen anybody cooked curry with green pepper or red peppers. I am from Guyana and we will knock Jamaicans curry up side down. That looks like a stew than curry my friend. Do you made curry lamb or curry duck? Please let me know.
Okay, for starters, gloves don't do anything when your throwing something in boiling hot oil. You could literally drop the thing on the ground, put into the oil and it would be the exact same as if it never hit the ground and he was wearing gloves. Second, a hair net isn't going to do anything for a guy with his type of hair, especially so short. Educate yourself bro.
I don’t know where you’re from, but Jamaicans have been making dumplings since the beginning of time, and never have they used gloves to make them, wash your hands properly, that’s all that’s needed.
@@lesrinewhitby4653if you guys are comfortable with eating the urine on the floor from my boot bottom as long as it’s fried in boiling oil, that’s your perogative. You do you and I’ll do me.
@@Kimd38243 okay, but you still might want to educate yourself. Goes a long way in life. It helps with things like knowing gloves and hair nets are useless in this situation.
I bought the large oxtail, still searching for it. I got one huge freaking thing of rice, a wad of gravy and no oxtail. You are better off trying to cook it yourself. I know things are expensive, but people need their money's worth. I do not recommend this joint. The food tastes ok.
One more comment I live in the Niagara Falls area and we have only two Jamaican restaurants for one million visitors that visit this area in the summer time. We really need a real good Jamaican restaurant and a West Indian Hakka Chinese restaurant badly. So anyone looking to open a very good restaurant selling Jamaican and W.I Hakka Chinese foods come up here and open your business. We have a lot of Chinese and West Indians and Americans looking for these restaurants all the time.
Enjoy the video! Don't forget to subscribe, like, share, and comment. It's truly a pleasure to showcase some of the amazing restaurants in the area."
That guy can cook. He is very passionate about the foods he prepares and presented. Everything is looking spectacular ❤💪💪💪💯🇬🇾🙏

Kitchen need updating
You call those dumplings big? Those are normal sized dumplings I don’t see how you could cut them in 4 pieces as a portion lol 😂
Lol
No gloves and no hair nets. I ain’t eating no dumplings that are needed with bear hands.
