Thank you SO much. THANK you THANK you! I have been looking for just this for a while now. Asking the net how to test my own mobility and orientation and got nothing this comprehensive. I can see your movements and positioning really well and you do a great job explaining. This is going to help me tremendously. I couldn't assess myself to see where I needed to start. I have a lot messed up that has been for a long time. Even light duty movements can make my tension worse and injuries likely. This will tell me where I need to focus as I can not feel what is correct. Thank you again for sharing this so that others can benefit from your knowledge!!!

I cannot express how much this helped! After only one time through this, I’m already more mobile. I was in the hospital with covid and immobile for a few weeks. Things stiffened up pretty quickly! Thank you!!

I've checked my hips today and lateral tilt seems quite visible, so I did some exercises for another video and was stunned to see that after them my hips seems quite even after a single workout!

Blake, is hip internal/external rotation the same thing as ankle internal/external rotation?

If I do a Deadlift I cannot tilt my hip forward enough and so at the lowest point my back starts to arch. What exercise should give me more range of motion there. The hip flexor test I can go to about 45 degrees even though the right legs motion is more limited than the left.

I can't sit cross legged or do the butterfly stetch very well (my knees are high up) what does this indicate? Tight hips? Tight inner thighs?

Some people have deep hip sockets. Some people can't get passed 90 degrees of hip flexion, let alone 130, and it has nothing to do with tightness and everything to do with genetics. The exercises are great, but the expectations for everyone aren't.
