I believe it was a callback to GOKU and Kid Buu when Goku brought Buu back with his Dragon Ball wish
He's uub but dr gero made him into a android.
@@PrimeDirectivesArmory Goku didn't wish Buu back as Uub with the Dragon Balls. It was his wish to King Yema and King Yema reincarnated him!

My only gripe is the mention of God Ki in Uub, unless this is in the main timeline, taking place long after the End Of Z special, then none of the characters should know of the concept of God Ki
It mentions the 12 universes so I believe this takes place long after Super.
