What about buffalo in terms of scarification? I've heard you shouldn't scarify buffalo on the internet multiple times, but then I've also been recommended to scarify my lawn as a result of a soil test. My lawn has not been kept except for mowing, I now want to do it properly and in summers, I do notice my buffalo is spongy. What do you recommend?
It's hard to give advice broadly about scarifying buffalo. If you've got some lawn care experience and knowledge you can definitely safely scarify buffalo

There's no setting on this spreader mate, I just open the bottom slightly to allow only a little bit out
