You can try flashing. Official rom doesn't usually end up bootlooping

Did you use "recovery" instead of boot? For installing twrp?
I haven't used any recovery

I did it on the Redmi Note 13 4G, and everything was ok, but when opening Magisk, it appears installed: N/A
How do I solve it?
I did the procedure again with boot.img, it works, but magisk shows that it is not installed
Flash twrp and try flashing Magisk via twrp

download fastboot ROM for your device. You"ll find it there.

You don't need twrp to root. Just follow the procedure which I've done 👍
