These masks make me crazy. Look at how beautiful all these people are!! I'm a portrait artist too. And it is a wonderful feeling to do this for people. We artists do this because we love faces. It's how we communicate with our eyes, hands and souls. Great work Devon!! These are the kinds of gift cards you're giving, people do appreciate in a very sweet way. It cracks me up how everyone who wears them just pulls them down to talk. They get that completely defeats the point right? The mask mandates were completely pointless.
I totally agree. And the fact people pull the masks off shows how important facial expression is to help us show our true emotion, in this case true appreciation. I am pretty sure if people went up to just ask for directions in NY, many of them would not pull their mask off.

Fake reactions.. how dumb is the Internet. This is ALL staged.
They aren't real. It's staged. He doesn't draw them for unsuspecting people quickly on the train. It's BS
He captures the beauty in everyone he draws and provides joy and such surprise gifting them with his gift.
I absolutely love watching Devon draw and give it to the person. Their reactions are priceless. It's too bad we all can't find a way to make others smile. Could you imagine if everyone did...
Yes we can! Smiling is contagious. Have a smile, cause a smile!
yes you can ! positive energy is contagious if you are happy you will make those around you happy as well
I think that's a beautiful goal ☺️
PLEASE tell me this extraordinarily talented artist is an illustrator for a publisher or in the film or television industry?? Your work is nothing short of incredible and your ability to capture the essence of a subject is phenomenal.
Thank you for making those fellow subway riders happy and for sharing this video with the world! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️
Showing people their beauty through your drawings is a wonderful gift. Keep bringing joy to people and always be blessed with kindness.
I love how you are using your talent to bring a smile to a person's face. You never know what kind of day that person had and that little piece of kindness could of made a difference in their day. And now they have a memory to cherish. One artist to another, keep it up brother.
I love the fact that you drew them so realistically but at the same time not too realistic just to make them feel good about themselves. Keep it up mate. The world needs every bit of cheer and kindness

I love that people took off their masks to show their joy❤️🌺Your talent brings the best in people
Sharing your gift with the world is so wonderful. You're bringing light into a dark time. In case you didnt know, that's what heroes do.
I love that everyone’s natural reaction was to take off their mask so you could see them smile! 😊
You see gentleness in people. Every one of your drawings has peace in the face, sometimes more than the actual face seems to have - but you draw it out.
So many people have phenomenal talent and never use it for good.
Daniel makes people feel good about themselves.. a priceless gift.

@@kattmilk Ryan Serhant; he's on the show Million Dollar Listing New York.
Yes that’s how it’s done in NYC I even see the mayor on the train. 🥰🥰❤️❤️
@@jv-sc1fs That's true; it's often faster to take the subway or walk.
I love New York!
I moreso meant because Ryan has a personal driver, but even so.
💚
A True Gift. Each Portrait is filled with compassion, emotion and love and as such, the receivers of their portrait see it as exactly that. Their astonishment, gratitude and reactions are priceless. This is a deep, intimate type of communication that is selfless and innocent as it is sweet. Keep bringing out the smiles as you lovingly touch others with your Gift. Blessings 🙌 to you.
Man is inspiring love back into society. Can't begin to imagine how many lives you've brightened up. In a world currently engulfed in hatred, please keep up the good work man!!!
Something so moving about the connections that happen between strangers here… and validation of being truly “seen.” It’s awesome that you share your talent this way.

It's amazing how people remove their mask to offer a gleeful smile in exchange for a wonderful gift. It is instinctive. Love it 😍
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!! These are beautiful drawings❤️❤️❤️ All your subjects seem stunned and the reactions ? Priceless!! You’re very, very talented. Good luck to you! Be well.❤️
You must have a natural love and a natural sense of how people really are inside. I think you are bringing out their inner beauty. I modeled for an art class at the college. It was interesting to see the different perspectives of the people who were just there for the class and the artists who really got me.
Ryan from Million Dollar Listing!!! WtF!!! So cool!!!!
Какой замечательный парень, своими рисунками он дарит людям радость. Очень способный художник.
И ещё сам радуется
Думаю они все же сначала договаривались. Сидеть в одном положении итп.

There is a tenderness you bring to the eyes that makes your art stand out. What a gift you have, young one. Never stop sharing ✨️
Beautiful work, you're so talented. Thank you for sharing your gift so freely, may your offerings return as blessings 10 fold.
I live on the other coast in Los Angeles, CA.
Your talent is so skilled and you capture the beauty of each person showing the goodness in each one...thank you for this video
Bless you for all the Love you spread!
What a talent you have! Thank you for making people happy.

Your drawings are absolutely beautiful!! You capture each person and beautiful dog so well it is like looking at a photograph. Your detail is exact and totally unbelievable and you do it so quickly.
