  • 芒果布甸(簡易版)
    材料:
    芒果1隻(中型)
    芒果味啫喱粉2盒
    淡奶300ml
    熱水200ml
    冷水100ml
    做法:
    芒果肉切丁備用。
    2盒啫喱粉加入200ml熱水攪拌均勻,再加入100ml冷水中和溫度,放涼後倒入300ml淡奶拌勻。將布甸漿過篩一次,倒入量杯備用。
    預備好容器,將布甸漿倒入,再加少許芒果丁,放於雪櫃冷藏3小時以上即可。

      Yes, you can. Evaporated milk is actually concentration of fresh milk. It tastes sweeter and thicker than milk. If there is more milk, the taste will be refreshing. Conversely, adding more evaporated milk will make the taste smoother. The proportion of milk depends on personal taste. ^^

    Can use normal jelly powder...can I how much of the jelly powder to be used.thanks

      Sure, u can use your preferred jelly powder. In my recipe, I use 2 boxes of robertsons jelly powder (80g x 2), 160g in total. If you are using plain jelly powder, do add food colouring and season the mixture to liking and taste. ^-^
