Shin Muteki No Teppeki(This automatically triggers the close shock attack, the toned down version doesn't have this): ⬅️⬇️↙️ + LP or SP (➡️⬇️↘️ + LP or SP if on the opposite side)

Let's not forget that his DM where he launches towards the opponent is (just like how it was in World Heroes Perfect) unblockable, the only thing I can say I miss from WHP is his special victory pose when he finish his opponent with that DM, by the way, we still are missing ONE move, the one where if you hit him when he does a pose that he appears behind you and use that close shock move, I still say that I got surprised back when I played the game for the first time on all routes that I didn't expect Neo-Dio to return, and to see how big of a menace King Leo (or Shin King Lion or whatever you want to call him) is... who led me to try Savage Reign and Kizuna Encounter (still have unfinished bussines with Savage by the way), to think SNK surprass with ease it's Capcom counterpart by having a much polished game (and re-introducing some old faces like the Jin siblings from Fatal Fury 3, Kisarah from Aggressors of Dark Kombat or freaking Cyber-Woo from King of The Monsters 2) instead of being a glorified MUGEN with all the mechanics all around the way due ot the different IPs the characters come from, making things harder or something like that.
