I doubt seriously if she does become canon that they'll copy the exact story from this game into the manga and anime series. Keep in mind when Toriyama adapted Broly to become canon, he literally changed his backstory a bit along with his personality in order to have him fit within the Dragon Ball canon universe. I suspect they would do the same with Android 21. Yeah, they might still use references from this game, and still keep a lot of the core themes and concepts like they did with Broly, but i doubt they'll keep her exact same backstory
