You know, I bet whoever created this game 4 years ago could add more and more DLCs, including the movies and the sagas from Dragon Ball GT. That way, the game itself is fully completed. Well, if they had enough money to do so.
It was CyberConnect2 that made this game. They’ve also made Asura’s Wrath, some Naruto games, and a decent few games other original games. Like in recent years the Fuga: Melodies of Steel Series. They seem to be very good at Visuals/music, storytelling, and strategy games from what i’ve seen.

Future Trunks vs Imperfect Cell makes it look like Trunks learned from encountering Android 16 in the past they he just casually tossed Cell by his tail. Cell yelling 'I am the ultimate being.' is pure comedy. He was the ultimate failure, The perfect waste of space and most of all Captain Cockroach(I know he's based off of a Cicada but I just like putting him down given his slurs in Xenoverse 2, which alter depending on your CAC's race.)
