@@hajiku1606 i mean, as shu stated, it's a hobby, an expensive hobby yes, but still a thing he and his niche community enjoy a $5 keyboard can do (mostly) everything a $400 keyboard can, but once youve notice the different in the touch feel, the weight of the keys, the sounds of the board, you just cant go back. in a sense, it's kinda therapeutic (to me)
To be fair, if you get good enough at touch typing, letterless keycaps won't be a problem anymore. So it's really just a skill issue on Petra's part lmao
Imagine the game told you to press some key on the right side, when your right hand holding a mouse. After thinking about it, I notice that I never look at my keyboard.
That's what I thought when she said that too. And as somebody who has both dyslexia and face blindness - it does't really work the same way. Face blindness is more not differentiating and not remembering people's faces and less about not seeing facial features (well, if you have had bad enough vision and were walking around without glasses for a significant part of your life your brain can switch to be face blind - my dad is blind in one eye and the other needs really thick correction lens but he started wearing glasses at 7 so his brain was already used to recognising people in a different way). So face blindness is more about e.g. not recognising people on photos and sometimes having hard time telling apart emotions just from looking at faces. I recognise people based on their body language (mainly how they walk) - so I can actually recognise people form behind and from far away) - but my dad recognises people by their voices
i love how shu always goes along with petra’s teasing. gentle lil bro vibes
i saw this while Shu was hanging petra and dangling her XD
me, being a keyboard enthusiast, hearing petra got more and more confused by the minute is so funny
she speaks the truth though (mostly)

"it's like good plastic or something" this is how deep we are into GMK sets

but [fn]+[function keys], no one remembers what they do
Yeah, but I like the feeling of actually tapping the keys in stead of a flat board 😂
@@smacc3968 Eh, you get used to it. Especially if you move to a smaller board without dedicated function keys anyway.
Yeah, I have keycaps without legends. You get used to them.

It's not flat board. Still keyboard, just without letters on.

He's be like "nah that too easy, I'm gonna stack it a little bit".
GMK Pixel keycaps - 140$ + Drop Tokyo60 Keyboard Kit - 160$ = 300$

1:33 shu sounds just like the tiktok “huh” sound lmao
I'm guessing Shu bought GMK keycaps if they cost "a good bit".

Oh pixel is pretty clean ngl
If you do some typing courses to learn how to speed type, you shouldn't even need to look at yoiur keyboard.
anyone else learn off of Mavis Beacon games
Sadge 7:04 Me with PBTfans kabuki-cho. But ngl custom kb makes me enjoy my work more.
