Hey quick question. Im replacing a light fixture there a double neutral capped and a double hot capped. I cannot turn off the breaker and its live (light switch is off but still have a reading) can i put a wire into the cap on the hot and to my new light fixture??? And not fuck anything up or get electrocuted??? Lol
