The guy I do feel bad for is Eddie A. Johnson who played for the Kings and the Suns. Not a huge star but a highly successful player in the NBA who played at the same time as "Fast" Eddie Johnson in this video. When the story came out about the crimes against humanity of "Fast" Eddie Johnson, there were multiple major news outlets that failed to properly research before publishing and reported that Eddie A. Johnson was the one responsible for all of this. Eddie A. Johnson, at the time a successful sports broadcaster and motivational speaker, almost had his life ruined because someone failed to do basic research.

I remember 2 incidents with Karl Malone during his playing days. 1 confrontation involving Charles Barkley in which he backed down. The other involving 5’7” Spud Webb in which he tried to fight Webb. That showed exactly what kind of a man he really was.

Long story short I was a 13 year old back in 2014 that was jumped by a 19 year old and a bunch of his friends. My older brother, who was just a year younger than him, shorter than him-but way more muscular than him; ended up finding him maybe a little less than a month later, and beat the ever living shit out of him as he tried to run away. I still remember my brother walking through the house and his voice announcing to our family “I FOUND HIM AND I GOT HIM”
Almost a year later my brother was back in the neighborhood after we had moved, ended up running into three of the guys that were apart of the group that jumped me, made them follow him all the way up to me where I was just chilling in the car on FaceTime with a friend, and he made them apologize to me.
They were shaking in their fuckin socks. It’s really funny how the moment somebody their size (or more like their age) had stepped up they were so willing to apologize.

Unfortunately I think Phillip Adams isn’t the worst athlete. Randal Woodfield played for the Packers for one year in 1974, but he is suspected to be the I-5 serial killer and may have killed up to 44 people! He was only charged with one murder though, and is still alive to this day!

@@Gertieness It wasn't just a biased jury, he had a really good legal team. My intro to law professor told the class he thinks they came to the correct verdict. There just literally was not enough evidence to convict him legally. He said you can't convict someone based on feelings or hunches. They didn't have any proof he did it and his team was very good at dispelling any proof that the prosecution presented.
Whether or not you get away with it doesn't really factor into your evil level. He also only got away with it on the criminal level. He did not on the civil level which means he still got punished with a lot of lost money at least.
One thing not mentioned about Aaron Hernandez is just one of many criminals from his college football team(although he is the worst). Of the 141 players on the 2008 Florida Gators, 41 have been arrested for something in someway over the years, ranging from petty theft to robbery you name it, even the coach got into trouble.
And they were all led into battle by the ultimate golden child. Just crazy stuff, heard they making a documentary about it in the near future
But Aaron's crimes are the most severe out of anyone, or at least one of the most severe out of these people

The crazy thing about the Karl Malone story is that most people didn’t know about his past until ESPN released “the last dance” documentary on Michael Jordan and The Bulls in 2020. This led to people googling, everyone’s name and coming across his past.
Same goes for Mike Tyson... it's like the public has completely forgotten that he was convicted of the sexual assault of a teenager.

As disabled myself, Pistorius was an inspiration -- and a complete let down. In 2012, when the Olympics and Paralympics came to the UK and we could actually go and see some live events, I was just about coming to terms with being neurodivergent. Seeing people live normal and also exceptional lives with their disabilities helped me cope with my autism diagnosis. And while what Pistorius did was unforgivable, it was also devastating. I guess it proved that the disabled are also just normal humans, flawed, sometimes vicious and erratic and murderous. A disability doesn't define who you are -- it almost defines who you aren't.

@@davidbolger2000AD I'd like to think so even now but he had a violent streak in him even before this situation. The other issue is that he could also have been on guard because of being disabled and living in a society full of violent crime -- but at some point things get murky and Reeva still ended up dead at his hand.

I mean for someone who didn’t play organized baseball since high school, at age 31, started in double A, and hit over .200 with 20 xbh, drove in 51 runs, and stole 30 bases in his first and only minor league season? In reality, not expecting mj to come into baseball as dominant mj of nba, those numbers are really not that horrible, as many clowns ignorantly and mindlessly suggest. The majority of first round mlb draft picks are not ready to play AA baseball in their first year in the minors. So, it’s actually extremely impressive how jordan was ready and competing, at any level of the minor leagues, let alone he was making contributions, 12- 15 or so years, since paying organized baseball, and doing so on a AA minor league team.
I’m sorry he wasn’t a Major League Baseball all star, as any reasonable person should expect, in his first season, over a decade since he last played organized baseball. He should’ve consulted you for guidance and affirmation of true personal success and failures before he tried his hand in another sport. Because I’m sure you’re accomplishments are superior to being less than 1,000 people away from the top of your profession and industry the first year you started, while recognized as the greatest ever at the other profession you attempted.

Yes and after watching Savox's Wrestling video him adding Phillip Adams as the worst is very odd since he left Chris Benoit off for the same exact reason. Its not like Aaron Hernandez who had a history of gang activity and violent crimes and specifically targeted people. Phillip Adams was described just as nice as Benoit before death and he was charged in 2015. Seems like that is when the CTE started affecting him. He attacked his neighbors randomly and killed himself. Very similar to Benoit who killed his family randomly and himself after. CTE must have had something to do with both cases and I think its strange he included him in the top spot, but left Benoît off his list entirely.

If you ever do a part two of this, I recommend adding Bruno, a Brazilian goalkeeper who kidnapped and killed his mistress, and possibly even fed some of her remains to dogs. He was sentenced to 22 years in prison, but only served for less than half of that before getting released and returned to playing football.

I grew up as a Jazz fan. I met Malone when I was 6 for the first time, the last time was when he was trying to sleep with my (now ex) wife 5 years ago. He owns a bunch of car dealerships and goes to local events. And he likes white women with blonde hair… his wife just accepts it now. Poor lady.

I stopped watching wrestling when I was a kid (the Hulk Hogan days) but I would still consider those guys athletes.
I wouldn't consider them athletes for the same reason I would consider circus acrobats athletes. They're extremely athletic, but still not athletes as they're not participating in a sporting competition.

College and professional sports coaches have gotten players off the hook with law enforcement because they're too important to the team to be taken out of the game over something like domestic violence or sexual assault. People make shit go away for them. So they think they can get away with literally anything and everything.

I was down in Rhode Island the day after the Station Nightclub fire, so we drove by the scene. It was raining that morning and the remains of the club were still smoldering. It was already a dreary day, with drizzling rain and some fog but the smoke rising up from what was left of that place made it an eery scene I will never forget.

Truth be told, I liked that this was a long video. Given the many details explaining their upbringings and what they did shows how often you take the time to look into these things rather than just what others say.

Lance Armstrong isn't evil and I'm sure he isn't included on this list, but tour de france became treated as a joke for a good while after the cheating scandal.
Armstrong is flawed, but from all I know about him, not evil.

And like any cheaters who get found out, he at least had the common decency to avoid doing anything else that would blow up in his face. (For the most part)

These dudes brought guns into an arena packed full of people and drew them in a locker room full of their teammates with not regard for anyone but each other’s demise. They demonstrated a complete lack of firearm discipline and risked the lives of everyone in that locker room over what should’ve been a private affair settled between themselves or in a court of law.
And their punishment by the NBA? Suspended for the season. They should’ve been banned for life from not just competing in the NBA, but also from attending NBA games.
To be fair, Javaris never played in the NBA ever again. As for Gilbert, he was washed up afterward.
