“In the Battle of Uḥud, the situation escalated and the Prophet ﷺ was injured. First, a rock hit the Prophet ﷺ in the face, causing his lip to bleed. Then an arrow hit him ﷺ in his face, penetrating his face guard and knocking out an incisor tooth. Book "Al-Sirah Al-Nabawiyah Kama Ja'at Fi Al-Ahadith Al-Sahiha", Vol. 2, page 223: "The paople said: "Muhammad is killed". Ka'ab said: "I saw his eyes sparkle from under the helmet, so I screamed from the top of my lungs: Oh Muslims, spread the news this is (the dead body) Muhammad". Then he (Muhammad) pointed at me to listen to him: "Shut up.. or the mushrikun will know our place!"."
