    I personally think that this is going to be a big thing for all immigrants/students etc who see themselves as entrepreneurs or want to startup a company. Right now most of the institutions are focused on keeping students blindfolded to get into the rat race from F1 visa to H1B and then GC but 90% do not even know the law of an individual as an immigrant. I really appreciate all the efforts which are being made on/off the screen. This has to be viral and especially skilled people should know what all they can do as an individual immigrant.

    This was spot on. Like i found a life saving drug that no store in the country had in a neighbourhood shop. Becuase someone of their own suffered the pain. Thanks good souls

      Right now, I'm 16 from India looking to move to USA in 2024. I earn around $3k - $4k/month scaling it to $10k/months within a couple months.
      Right now, I work on a prodigy account which basically means all the accounts are setup in the name of my parents. Do you think it would be completely valid if I keep on doing while being in USA. They earn the money through me and then transfer it to me.
      Also, can I just start earning in the first year legally instead of waiting for the college to end? If yes, what's the way? I probably have to talk to a lawyer but any suggestion would be helpful.

      @@atulacleaver Kudos on getting to this stage, Atul! Re your q: I suggest looking at getting the O-1A for your work. Otherwise you can't work in the US and earn money, even if it goes to India. Given your profile you should have a good shot at getting the O-1 in 2024 if you start now.

    If we can't make money on stem opt and H1b aside from our main job, then how are youtube channels of international students earning money on their own?

    • @rajashreechakraborty747
      @rajashreechakraborty747 Год назад

      USCIS don't actively search for people's earnings. It's only when you apply for GC, they'll search you via open sources aka google/youtube/etc. You either have to delete all traces of your videos/prove to them your channel doesn't earn money/prove you made the videos when you were in another country.

    I firmly believe there is no better place than India right now to build a startup. If something works in India it could well easily be scaled for the world but the vice versa is not necessarily true.

      I agree with one of the commentors "blind patriotic". When it comes to start a business, US is THE HEAVEN EVEN TODAY. Yha ki hawa me tk me paisa hai. India me gand ghisni padegi start up k liye, uski 1/4 bhi gand ghis di yha to paisa hi paisa. Scene ye hai na boss ki yha ka per capita consumption BOHOT jada hai. Jada customers, jada paisa. India me population hai lekin consumer class vahi hai 20 crore ki jo jeb se paisa nikalne ko tayaar hai. vo bhi utna nahi.

    Can i open LLC for independent consutlant not to open company

    • @mits6732
      @mits6732 4 месяца назад

      No, you can't. When you decided to open LLC, it means you must have registered office at least co-working space with your own name or if you're outside the US, you can use a registered agent. Once you process it, you will get an access to open US bank account for all your project's transactions, pay the tax, employee's salary, etc.
      Meanwhile, if you only want to be an independent consultant without a company, then do it as an online or freelance. But note again, you can't get any protection for your independent consulting firm and can't publish it physically within the US.
      There are so many companies who can help you create LLC formations for business owner like doola, zenbusiness, legalzoom, bizee. You can search it in your free time.
