Really didn’t feel like filming when going through that cold but in the end it came out alright! A few days in getting tired I end up not remembering what I recorded and find out I did it twice haha!

There was some moments where the storm was that crazy I couldn’t help but laugh! The only good thing was surprisingly it was a warm wind.. so we didn’t freeze this week 😁👍🏼

It's so busy there with lots of things going on at the same time it feels never ending. Then suddenly it will be all over. The prep takes forever and I used to get complaints from some customers about it taking so long and how it looks like I hadn't done anything that day.
Lost count of the amount of times I gritted my teeth and shown them around at what had been done. They don't say it but you know they're thinking "that looks really easy I could do it quicker". Obviously they have no idea. I'm sure you've worked jobs for people like that lol

I think the good think with the project is there’s always jobs to be done inside and out, so depending on the weather we can keep ourselves busy..
And you know my builder said that also! you can sometimes see that the customer is thinking.. what have you been doing all day.. Some jobs take along time but it’s really down to them not understanding the process and how long it takes! :)

Less posing talking to camera and more action would be nice.
Voice over the action could enhance your filming.

That’s a great idea, will try this next time when it comes to editing.. 😁👍🏼

Dave the Raves doing a good job he’s a builder you need to keep hold of as he seems an all rounder who uses common sense. People like him are getting rare nowadays they all seem one trade only and won’t do anything else. The only problem with houses like that is there’s no triangulation where there is with bricks and blocks so it makes it hard to knock bits of wall down like you are. I think what you did with two boards screwed and bolted through the wall is the best thing you could have done the. Only thing I might have done is removed the plaster under the boards and used expanding foam to stick the board to all the little bricks etc and I’d of been tempted to use new wood for the job as that bit on the outerside had or has some bad woodworm or possibly pine beetle had been chewing their way throughout the board. 🌲🪲🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
