A reporter asked Hen about what Sarah said about her on the controversy live video, Hen responded that she had no idea what was happening when Sarah called and apologized her for what she had said because Hen was not aware of the incident and she thought it was no big deal. She also added that Sarah said so because Sarah knew and understood Hen well. Hen said that people have made a mountain out of a mole hill over what Miss USA has said, she also called on other people not to misunderstand Sarah.
