The fact that his voice isn't pristine is what make him so good. it allows for the passion and the emotion to shine through. it conveys the story and the lyrics realistically (unlike the large amount of auto tune users today.) not only do you hear it you can physically feel it. it hits you like a ton of bricks. he understands what's music is supposed to do for the listener. Brain Fallon is simply amazing. if your a fan check his other projects out like the horrible crows and molly and the zombies.

It used to annoy me how lazy he sometimes gets with his vocals. Now, at least in my opinion, i think he does it to convey a sense of emotional exhaustion in his voice. Which is exactly what makes this band so fucking good.
He just mixed up the words a little bit people, it happens. Both verses are very similar , its easy to do. He's human. Just enjoy it for what it is, a great cover
Im a huge fan of both Gaslight and Damien Rice... And I really don't like this. Sorry Brian, but NO ONE should ever cover Damien Rice, in my humble opinion.
