My mom is 75. She uses a pumice stone on her heels weekly. Softest feet ever. Due to these videos (other podiatrists too), I have been able to recommend her some different tools (nippers). She used to need 2 afternoons to cut her toenails because her nails are a little thicker (no fungus or other problems). Now she gets them done in 2 hours at the max, with a pedicure on top. Podiatry videos have helped so much! As well as the right nippers!

amzn.to/3kW82r6 this is CCS cream and then they have a heel balm which is slightly stronger. See how you get on with this. The product is really good. Hopefully it works well for you.
