This would genuinely make a good trailer for a Gravity Falls movie. It would be canon since in the book Axolotl mentioned that he would give Bill assistance in a different form in a different time and in the last episode Bill called out the cosmic reptile’s name so that he may return. The tiniest details can have the most meaning. The axolotl on Mabel's sweater might not look like much, but it's a lot! Seconds before Bill was destroyed, he makes these weird distorted noises. It's actually a backward message! Basically, Bill wished to this wish making axolotl-thing (i don't really know) and he wished to never die or something- he wished to be immortal I guess. And the fact that the Axolotl was on her sweater was a detail I really appreciate seeing, especially because Mabel was the one who shook his hand! Bravo, Bravo!
The animation is astoundingly good! Never have I seen even one fanmade work that comes so close to the original's production quality. Even one minute of this must have been extremely difficult to make.

The statue is not a way for bill to come back the statue is bills body the only reason why bill left the statue back in this epsiode is because he had crossed over to our world before he could only hunt you in dreams.

Honestly, I like how the show ended. Yes, it was sad to see such a masterpiece go, and I'd love to see more, but there's something poetic and satisfying about the ending. But I agree, this would be an amazing premise to the next season, especially if the main mystery of the series was who Bill possessed, instead of us knowing that it was Mabel from the beginning. But to be honest, I think it could work either way.
I wish that there will be another new season about this. But Alex Hirsch (the creator) is right. The show must end because people may get bored if the shows continues endlessly. Just like the Phineas and Ferb show, it never stops so most people grew tired of watching it, so it most likely didn't end well. As for this show, I love it. But seriously, I would love if a new season about this comes!

Honestly, I like how the show ended. Yes, it was sad to see such a masterpiece go, and I'd love to see more, but there's something poetic and satisfying about the ending.
But I agree, this would be an amazing premise to the next season, especially if the main mystery of the series was who Bill possessed, instead of us knowing that it was Mabel from the beginning. But to be honest, I think it could work either way.

I wish that there will be another new season about this. But Alex Hirsch (the creator) is right. The show must end because people may get bored if the shows continues endlessly. Just like the Phineas and Ferb show, it never stops so most people grew tired of watching it, so it most likely didn't end well. As for this show, I love it.
