To all of you people complaining about him being on the floor.. you do realize that dough isnt for consumption, it is only for show/tricks... Besides you really wouldn't want a pizza made from trick dough since it is only salt, flour, and water, and when i say salt i mean more salt than you would normally have in a regular dough recipe. I am also quite sure they wont handle a customers order after being on the floor at least not before washing their hands. Just enjoy the damn show!
@@krishmav no i mean the recipe for trick dough uses a shit ton of salt, its what chemically causes it to become more elastic like. let alone if you baked it it would be so hard it would potentially shatter teeth.. The saltiness from sweat would be minimal and be completely canceled out by the actual salt

The real dought would get big 3 times more than normal size if you was to do those tricks. Speaking from being a picayol and working with italian pizzerias and restaurants.
U can tell that the dough they use for this has very low hydration lol Looks like a tough pizza that I wouldn't eat. Btw there is actually a competition for this crap xD
