    Is there a trick so your pizza dough will not tear? Are you mix seen the dough longer so that is more elastic?

      +clownkiller0629 soft hands, easy catches. you can also double the dough for each size, that being said he didn't do that in this video.

    Very good show man, but thats not possible with normal pizza dough. Its industrial dough treated with enzymes making it stronger and more flexible.

    @iLoveAgrigento ci credo eccome, Questa estate ho conosciuto un allievo del maestro Barbasso, gli sono stato talmente addosso, che alla fine sono riuscito a farmi insegnare a girare la pizza con due e una mano. Mi disse che per imparare ci voleva la pizza di gomma, ma ancora non sono riuscito a comprarla.

    Bravo segnalatore!!!!!comunque ti invito in pizzeria a mangiare una buona pizza!!!Morbida....croccante e digeribile e se vuoi ti ci gioco anche......ma solo dopo avertela fatta mangiare!!!!comunque ciò che dici in poarte è vero poi però in giro trovi gente come me che con l'impasto morbido ci gioca meglio che col duro!!!!Ciao a presto!!
