Yeah no offense but I felt the other guy was a bit superficial and just trying to flirt with her… like at one point his compliments got too much. Yes she’s very pretty, but every other sentence he needed to say she was pretty. It’s like “I know about Tehran. Oh btw did I mention you’re pretty like a doll for the hundredth time now?” Hoseung on the other hand asked a lot more questions on Iran. Don’t know if it was a lack of experience in hosting or maybe he was flustered and couldn’t think of anything to say or maybe he’s genuinely superficial like that, but hopefully at least he’ll learn from this experience to not only talk about someone’s looks.

Had my own positive experience meeting a person from Iran. It was a doctor living permanently in my country. Such a kind and warm person, the best ophthalmologist I had a chance to meet. Saved my mom's eyes when no one else could recognise her problem and she almost lost her vision.
It's cute that they complimented her, but gosh this proved to me further how invested Koreans are in looks. It's almost all they talked about throughout the thing, can't imagine living in such society
Korean are so invested in looks, they even used to list out most beautiful/ handsome idols. Best body proportion etc. They think appearance is important. That's why almost all their idols are good looking.

I dated a Persian girl for a couple of years in college. Long enough to get to meet her sisters, cousins and Persian friends. They were absolutely some of the most beautiful women on the planet. I dated a Persian girl for a couple of years in college. Long enough to get to meet her sisters, cousins and Persian friends. They were absolutely some of the most beautiful women on the planet. The eyes, for sure. Incredible. She spoke 6 languages and ended up becoming a medical doctor. I still dodged a bullet though, because she was bat-sh!t crazy.
