as a girl who's 180, it made me happy that at least one person chose the tallest girl. i feel like a lot of the time people tend to see taller girls as "masculine" and guys worry too much about the way they'd look with a taller girl by their side. we're feminine, too! being taller doesn't mean we're brutes or that we're always strong, heavy and dominant... edit: guys! i wanna clarify two things! 1) i didn't mean to say that being tall immediately meant being masculine, and even if that were the case, there's nothing wrong with being a tomboy! it's just that very often we have to "compensate" by being overly feminine to avoid being called "scary" or "intimidating". but there's nothing wrong with that if you like being dominant ❤️ 2) i can't speak for all tall girls but i wouldn't mind a shorter guy! i don't think it matters. short guys, if you like a tall girl, go for it! be confident because being insecure isn't attractive to anyone.
As a 170 cm woman, I was pleasantly surprised that the majority of the men chose my height. Where I am from, 162 cm is the average height for women and preferred by men
The average height for girls in my country is 1,54 cm, and there's the insecure 1,75 m tall me who has been told 384838483 times that I should do everything to look shorter or absolutely no one would like me :(
Im 170cm and honestly thought that they would all go for 160cm. But this was a confidence booster. It was also nice that everyone's height got chosen. Its nice to know that everyone has a different type and although you may not fit in societies beauty standard you can always be beautiful to someone. [Edit: Ok looking at this comment much later Im surprised it got so many likes. I realize I may not be the tallest to be saying this, only that where I live the average is much shorter- and so are the expectations. But my opinion doesn't change. I like some traits in guys that other women wouldn't typically go after. So why wouldnt it be the other way around :)]

Saying this as someone who's 177cm, honestly if you feel intimidated by someone being taller than you and judge them by the cover, then that's on you. I sincerely dont care if my partner were to be taller or shorter than me, as long as we can be comfortable with one another. Of course, perhaps if it was an extreme height gap it would be a bit difficult to interact physically sometimes, but the heart is what matters most. If people want it, then both make the effort to make it work

There's not many comments about appreciating short girls, so as a fellow 150ish gang I feel relieved that one of the boys chose the 150 girl. Height is such a big insecurity for many people, and as for girls the ideal height starts mostly from 158cm+ Which leaves the shorter gang stranded. Short girls are mostly seen as a cute and child like person, and gets treated like their sister/friend instead of seeing them in a romantic light in most cases.

being 150cm is cute and all, but what’s hard is how clothes doesn’t fit you right sometimes. wearing baggy clothes makes you look so much shorter, wearing anything long doesn’t compliment you the way you want. it’s a pain

It's nice they included taller women as well! As a woman who is about 176cm, I feel like I identified most with the 180 cm girl. It's been nice reading the comments here to find other tall women with similar experiences ^^. Women are women, and being taller doesn't automatically make you more masculine, tough, or strong (however, if you do identify with those traits, that is perfectly fine too). We also want to feel the same as our shorter girlfriends as well - we can also feel like we want to be protected as well. Having lived in Korea before, I would agree with comments here that Korean (men) seem to place a big importance on height. I have been told not to wear heels, and also had a male acquaintance move to another part of the line because he didn't want to stand beside a girl who is taller than him. I know everyone has their own individual experiences, but I do think that it can sometimes be tough for taller women, since sometimes these assumptions that we are masculine, strong, can protect ourselves easily, etc are made about us. Tall men are almost always seen as attractive, but unfortunately, the same does not apply to women.

As a girl who is the same height as you, i also feel like tall women are often seen as more sexy, more masculine and strong (which of course some are), but tall girls can also be cute and feminine, i wish especially men didn’t have certain expectations for tall women. As a girl who's 176cm, i totally agree with you. The environment and society we live in makes u feel uncomfortable with your height. When i look at myself in the mirror, i do love and admire my height, but everything changes once i get out of home and become involved in society. I really hope everything changes. It's not nice to make someone uncomfortable because of how they appear.

I’m 184cm and dealing with dating and my height has been an issue. I’ve learned to not lean towards finding someone taller then me because most tall men prefer shorter girls. I have allowed myself the option of dating men of all heights and have found that height doesn’t matter anymore. As someone who also likes wearing platforms I can even reach heights of 198cm and definitely makes it difficult sometimes because I usually have people stare all the time. I’ve stopped caring about what other people think and rock my height and I’ve learned that a lot of people are more accepting but you still get a few people who hardcore judge.
Myself being 185cm i have absolutely no issue with my partners being shorter than me but it doesn't seem to be okay with them that I am taller which makes me feel like the issue most of the time. I reached 171cm when in 8th grade and guys around me were all into small girls which made me felt really conscious about my height and even felt bad. But growing older things started to change and I even got compliments from girls for my height. I feel amazed and I just want to say that everyone has his/her way of beauty. The guy that said that all have their own charm is absolutely spot on. Honestly, I’ve had super hard crushes on both a girl way taller than me and a girl way shorter than me, and I’ve never ever wished one of them was a different height. All heights have SO much to like and are so unique to the person, and even though having preferences is ok, a lot of guys that prefer one over the other just haven’t met a girl they like with the height opposite to the one they say they prefer. It just breaks my heart in two to hear about girls ashamed of their own height when they don’t realize they absolutely rock how tall they are.

I’m so glad as a tall woman that my husband encourages me to wear heels even though he is shorter than me. I’ve always struggled with my femininity during my teenage years, I felt that since I was so tall I couldn’t be feminine or wear feminine clothes/shoes, thankfully as I got older my confidence grew and now I’m not ashamed of being tall. I bought my first pair of heels this year and I will continue to wear what I want and what I find beautiful.
My bf feels bad bc I'm a little taller than him, and if I wear heels I become more taller and so he tells me to not use them but :( I want, but I don't want him to feel bad because of his insecurities. How can I help it?

He might be insecure but he can always gain confidence in himself, unfortunately there’s this idea that men have to be taller than women but height shouldn’t be a reason to be unhappy 😞 I hope it’ll get better, that he embrace your height and that both of you will gain confidence :)
I'm 152, 24 years old. My female friends always tell me "it must be easy to get a boyfriend bcos most guys are taller than you" but I totally disagree and said "no, guys won't even want to date me bcos they think I'm a minor and they don't see me as a women." Most of my guy friends friend zone me and just treat me as a sister.

as a 175 cm guy i would like to say that personality, kindness etc matters more than height(they makes the person more charming and attractive) and personally i find short girls more cute and attractive, there might be some disadvantages of short height but everyone is cool and beautiful in their own way👍

I always felt ashamed for being 170cm. I’m also in high school and definitely taller than majority of the girls even in public. As for guys there’s many tall ones and many are about 180cm.

I'm a little sad actually when 150 is considered the shortest height for girls. I grew up being ridiculed by many people because of my height (140cm). I couldn't really live my life because I feel pressured to stay childish to match my size. Because of my size, I feel like I don't have the right to be an adult. I lose my confidence many times when giving my opinion in my workplace. Growing up surrounded by judgemental people made me being judgemental of myself and that mindset of mine is hard to change when I'm basically born molded with that thought of despising my own height.
Nooo i know it’s easier said than done but you know, im 149cm and i used to think like you but then one time when i was scrolling through instagram and saw one girl who is living her life hiking, riding horses and doing all adventures and leading a group ,i was like ofc cause she is tall,but then something in my mind told me « who cares you are a girl and she is a girl you both human,you deserve to do what others do!» then yes i realized that i accepted all the judgment of people and become part of my identity ..to the point that i felt like i don’t deserve to do some stuff and act in certain way! I learned to think that im less than others but now that i realized how i was programmed by people im slowly breaking those chains and do whatever i want no matter how they laugh at me and don’t take me seriously i’ll still do what i want and act as that it’s my life and it’s only one deserve to live it fully the way i want P.S im not fully recovered from my old mindset yet i know it takes time but as long as im aware of it nothing can stop me…cheer up ur not alone :)

@Put777 @Put777 literally, as a person growing up in South Asia where people's height is almost around 160 to 170, even for boys, I did have my teenage suffering from being bullied by my height. But when I look back from now, I feel relief because I know they just projected their insecurities into me :v so ain't it unfair again if I continue to let them take my confidence away. :v I do love my height, my body proportion (fyi: my legs are not long enough compared to my height acorrding to the beauty standard) though I am still struggling to buy clothes that fit my height properly. It's hard because the length of pants and shoes often does not fit :). I don't hate myself for that because that is the fashion brand's mistake. I noticed that people my age and younger started getting taller and taller :v so they should adapt the size of clothes soon to catch up with the customers. I can be slay and cute at the same time, thanks to my height and the beliefs i have for myself, not what people wanted me to believe. People can judge, and even that is the most beautiful person cannot be everyone's types, so dont need to live up to everyone's standards. I did worry that boys or men would not like me because of my height. But finally, I found someone loving me by myself, not my height:v he also compliments me every day and of course my height even though he is shorter than me about 10cm. So, I do understand people who are struggling and not confident. But I hope you can over this one day. And please do not pass these insecurities to your kids in the future:v the society is not always a good place for everyone, but not because of that we hate ourselves, right? :)

173cm, and i’m really happy to see taller girls being appreciated. I feel like many men have this misconception of taller girls “not giving as good hugs as shorter girls” because they don’t go to your chest , and whatnot. But there are actually many perks of dating a taller girl such as having good body proportions, so it’s nice to see these men realise some of them👍🏻
everyone has their own ideal height or type, but at the end of the day it doesn't matter when they finally meet someone that they love, comfortable with, and just connect to each other. so you don't have to worry or insecure about your height

Being 150 is more hard than people think, especially if you’re looking for dresses . They’re usually too long for you , even the smallest sizes . I could go with the oversized trends , but I don’t like that style in general. It’s hard to shop for clothes when you’re stuck in such an awkward height . Too small for adults section , and too big for the kid section (I wouldn’t really go for it either anyway 😅).
fr, and don't forget about trying to find jeans 😭😭 if u want jeans that cut at a perfect height, you either have to fold them up like 5 times which makes them look bulkier, or get them tailored/cut them yourself. it's such a pain, i just want to wear ankle cropped mom jeans like everybody else tbh.

Especially for me because I'm overweight and 147.5cm so I need a L of XL most of the times but they tend to be too long for me which don't look good🙂😭 I'll have to loose weight if I wanna get the size S or M for the perfect height of the dress :) I tried before but it's tough to be consistent :(
I’m 1,51 and I appreciate the idea of looking shorter and “delicate” (in certain ways) next to a man. When I was younger, I wanted to be tall, but learned to accept my height. It’s not that bad. Every height has their qualities and every woman is different from each other. I’m glad that one of the guys has chosen my height :p I thought no one would do.
It's true! When I was a younger I also had a complex about my height and I always wore or wanted to wear heels. When I grew up I realized that I don't need them and I accepted being a short person. The people who love you or who become interested in you don't care about your height.

PD: Me gustó la forma de actuar de los chicos aquí, aunque algunas veces hacían ciertos comentarios como "sería como hablar con un amigo" o "siento que me protegería" créanme que eso es una inseguridad para nosotras, el que nos vean como hombres y ver cómo nos tratan diferente a su amiga que mide 1,60. En mi experiencia con chicas bajitas si he visto que suelen molestarlas poniéndoles cosas más alto o las típicas burlas, pero luego ha resultado que los chicos terminan saliendo con las chicas de esas alturas, cosa que no sucede con las chicas de 1,75 para arriba (digo 1,75 porque puede haber hombres en teoría altos que acepten una chica de su misma altura, pero no alguien más alta) Todos tenemos nuestros problemas al fin y al cabo, aunque es muy feo. También si eres alta siempre creerán que eres buena en los deportes cuando puedes ser muy mala (me ha pasado muchas veces) y si eres pequeña creerán que no eres buena (más en equipos de basketball)
Cuando iba en la prepa llegó una chica venezolana al salón, y era bastante alta, creo que fue casi a primera vista que me gustó jajaja. Yo tampoco soy muy alto, mido 1.74, pero la altura promedio de los mexicanos es de 1.68, y la de las mujeres creo que no pasa del 1.60, por lo que no era muy común ver una mujer alta.

(Sorry guys, but a lot of boys aren't used to the whole attraction and dating thing either. Fear of rejection is real for both sexes.) I also suggested that she never date a guy who spends more time on his hair than she does.
Relieved to see girl who was 170 was picked. I’m 167 (the tallest in my group) and there was this case when it was a scary windy weather. My friends who were girls (we are all older than 23) were scared as well as me, and asked for a ride home and the response from men was: of course we’ll get you home, and be careful when you go to our cars. And when I said: I’m scared too, the reply was: “haha you’re tall, nothing will happen to you”. I was so hurt and said: but I’ll be knocked off by wind too… and the replies were: well, if you want we can give you a ride, and omg don’t be offended, you’re tall and literally like us, it’s just you can go by yourself like us guys. From where I am, girls usually are around 160-165cm. You'd be barely above average. Don't worry about your height, confidence looks good on everyone. ♥️ (also, taller girls=longer legs! :D)

For a westerner, I'm very very short at 154cm compared to the average, so it's always been a huge insecurity for me here. The main problem is people treating you like a child. Even today I was at a bar but all I wanted was a bottle of water and they told me very condescendingly, "sorry but you need to have your parent accompany you" and I had to tell them that I'm an adult and provide my licence lol. I think this video is nice for everyone showing that there's good things about all heights!

@@loen2629 I'm from Taiwan, a country in Asia. The average height for female in my country is 160.4cm, kinda short. I think there are only 5% of the girls who're 170cm+. So a girl with height 175+ would stand out very much. Girls here would definetely feel insecure about their height if they're 175+, because just by being 172+ you're taller than 50% of the men in my country. Girls really don't have to worry about being too tall that much. It's not like being 175+ would just scare away any men you try to approach, kinda on the contrary actually.
I'm basically 163cm but i've been obsessing about my height lately. It's not good. Because I'm normal height and there's shorter people that'd LOVE to be my height and real tall girls that'd love to be my height. Personally I think 165cm is perfect. I'm like the 160cm girl who said she wanted to be 5 more cm's taller. It's so dumb because what, with shoes I can be 5cm taller. I dunno, it's a weird thing to think about because no one can really change height taller unless they get that distressing leg legthening procedure done where you can't walk for a year and they increase your shin bone 1mm every day or something. I'm 1.72cm, 17yo. I've always been "the tall girl in the room", anytime I was with girls my age I felt good and somehow empowered for being the tallest, but everything got ruined when my family started making comments and 'jokes' about my height, I lost my confidence and the thing I liked the most about myself became something I hated; avoiding any shoes that would make me look taller, feeling so awkward anytime I was around any girl. But lately I'm just not giving a fuck anymore, it's something I can't change and that I shouldn't cause is cool af being tall, I love how clothes suit me, I love using platform/heels and I love feeling empowered by it

as a girl who's 180, it made me happy that at least one person chose the tallest girl. i feel like a lot of the time people tend to see taller girls as "masculine" and guys worry too much about the way they'd look with a taller girl by their side. we're feminine, too! being taller doesn't mean we're brutes or that we're always strong, heavy and dominant...
edit: guys! i wanna clarify two things!
1) i didn't mean to say that being tall immediately meant being masculine, and even if that were the case, there's nothing wrong with being a tomboy! it's just that very often we have to "compensate" by being overly feminine to avoid being called "scary" or "intimidating". but there's nothing wrong with that if you like being dominant ❤️

Im 170cm and honestly thought that they would all go for 160cm. But this was a confidence booster. It was also nice that everyone's height got chosen. Its nice to know that everyone has a different type and although you may not fit in societies beauty standard you can always be beautiful to someone. I realize I may not be the tallest to be saying this, only that where I live the average is much shorter- and so are the expectations. But my opinion doesn't change. Saying this as someone who's 177cm, honestly if you feel intimidated by someone being taller than you and judge them by the cover, then that's on you. I sincerely dont care if my partner were to be taller or shorter than me, as long as we can be comfortable with one another. Of course, perhaps if it was an extreme height gap it would be a bit difficult to interact physically sometimes, but the heart is what matters most. If people want it, then both make the effort to make it work

There's not many comments about appreciating short girls, so as a fellow 150ish gang I feel relieved that one of the boys chose the 150 girl. Height is such a big insecurity for many people, and as for girls the ideal height starts mostly from 158cm+ Which leaves the shorter gang stranded. Short girls are mostly seen as a cute and child like person, and gets treated like their sister/friend instead of seeing them in a romantic light in most cases.

It's nice they included taller women as well! As a woman who is about 176cm, I feel like I identified most with the 180 cm girl. It's been nice reading the comments here to find other tall women with similar experiences ^^. Women are women, and being taller doesn't automatically make you more masculine, tough, or strong (however, if you do identify with those traits, that is perfectly fine too). We also want to feel the same as our shorter girlfriends as well - we can also feel like we want to be protected as well. Having lived in Korea before, I would agree with comments here that Korean (men) seem to place a big importance on height. I have been told not to wear heels, and also had a male acquaintance move to another part of the line because he didn't want to stand beside a girl who is taller than him. I know everyone has their own individual experiences, but I do think that it can sometimes be tough for taller women, since sometimes these assumptions that we are masculine, strong, can protect ourselves easily, etc are made about us. Tall men are almost always seen as attractive, but unfortunately, the same does not apply to women.

As a girl who's 176cm, i totally agree with you. The environment and society we live in makes u feel uncomfortable with your height. When i look at myself in the mirror, i do love and admire my height, but everything changes once i get out of home and become involved in society. I really hope everything changes. I’m 184cm and dealing with dating and my height has been an issue. I’ve learned to not lean towards finding someone taller then me because most tall men prefer shorter girls. I have allowed myself the option of dating men of all heights and have found that height doesn’t matter anymore. As someone who also likes wearing platforms I can even reach heights of 198cm and definitely makes it difficult sometimes because I usually have people stare all the time. I’ve stopped caring about what other people think and rock my height and I’ve learned that a lot of people are more accepting but you still get a few people who hardcore judge.
Myself being 185cm i have absolutely no issue with my partners being shorter than me but it doesn't seem to be okay with them that I am taller which makes me feel like the issue most of the time. I reached 171cm when in 8th grade and guys around me were all into small girls which made me felt really conscious about my height and even felt bad. But growing older things started to change and I even got compliments from girls for my height. I feel amazed and I just want to say that everyone has his/her way of beauty. Honestly, I’ve had super hard crushes on both a girl way taller than me and a girl way shorter than me, and I’ve never ever wished one of them was a different height. All heights have SO much to like and are so unique to the person, and even though having preferences is ok, a lot of guys that prefer one over the other just haven’t met a girl they like with the height opposite to the one they say they prefer. It just breaks my heart in two to hear about girls ashamed of their own height when they don’t realize they absolutely rock how tall they are.

I’m so glad as a tall woman that my husband encourages me to wear heels even though he is shorter than me. I’ve always struggled with my femininity during my teenage years, I felt that since I was so tall I couldn’t be feminine or wear feminine clothes/shoes, thankfully as I got older my confidence grew and now I’m not ashamed of being tall. I bought my first pair of heels this year and I will continue to wear what I want and what I find beautiful.

I'm a little sad actually when 150 is considered the shortest height for girls. I grew up being ridiculed by many people because of my height (140cm). I couldn't really live my life because I feel pressured to stay childish to match my size. Because of my size, I feel like I don't have the right to be an adult. I lose my confidence many times when giving my opinion in my workplace. Growing up surrounded by judgemental people made me being judgemental of myself and that mindset of mine is hard to change when I'm basically born molded with that thought of despising my own height.
Nooo i know it’s easier said than done but you know, im 149cm and i used to think like you but then one time when i was scrolling through instagram and saw one girl who is living her life hiking, riding horses and doing all adventures and leading a group ,i was like ofc cause she is tall,but then something in my mind told me « who cares you are a girl and she is a girl you both human,you deserve to do what others do!» then yes i realized that i accepted all the judgment of people and become part of my identity ..to the point that i felt like i don’t deserve to do some stuff and act in certain way! I learned to think that im less than others but now that i realized how i was programmed by people im slowly breaking those chains and do whatever i want no matter how they laugh at me and don’t take me seriously i’ll still do what i want and act as that it’s my life and it’s only one deserve to live it fully the way i want

@Put777 @Put777 literally, as a person growing up in South Asia where people's height is almost around 160 to 170, even for boys, I did have my teenage suffering from being bullied by my height. But when I look back from now, I feel relief because I know they just projected their insecurities into me :v so ain't it unfair again if I continue to let them take my confidence away. :v I do love my height, my body proportion (fyi: my legs are not long enough compared to my height acorrding to the beauty standard) though I am still struggling to buy clothes that fit my height properly. It's hard because the length of pants and shoes often does not fit :). I don't hate myself for that because that is the fashion brand's mistake. I noticed that people my age and younger started getting taller and taller :v so they should adapt the size of clothes soon to catch up with the customers. I can be slay and cute at the same time, thanks to my height and the beliefs i have for myself, not what people wanted me to believe. People can judge, and even that is the most beautiful person cannot be everyone's types, so dont need to live up to everyone's standards. I did worry that boys or men would not like me because of my height. But finally, I found someone loving me by myself, not my height:v he also compliments me every day and of course my height even though he is shorter than me about 10cm. So, I do understand people who are struggling and not confident. But I hope you can over this one day. And please do not pass these insecurities to your kids in the future:v the society is not always a good place for everyone, but not because of that we hate ourselves, right? :)

Being 150 is more hard than people think, especially if you’re looking for dresses . They’re usually too long for you , even the smallest sizes . I could go with the oversized trends , but I don’t like that style in general. It’s hard to shop for clothes when you’re stuck in such an awkward height . Too small for adults section , and too big for the kid section (I wouldn’t really go for it either anyway 😅).
fr, and don't forget about trying to find jeans 😭😭 if u want jeans that cut at a perfect height, you either have to fold them up like 5 times which makes them look bulkier, or get them tailored/cut them yourself. it's such a pain, i just want to wear ankle cropped mom jeans like everybody else tbh.

Cómo una mujer que mide 1,77 me gustaría poder encontrar una pareja y que no hagan chistes de mi altura, una o dos veces está bien, más es desgastante, no es agradable que te vean "fuerte-ruda" o "independiente" sólo por ser alta, los chicos piensan que no necesitamos que nos protejan (evidentemente no, sin importar lo que midas) me refiero en ciertos aspectos, no a una dependencia, pero a veces a una le gusta sentirse protegida o cuidada, no sólo que no cuides a tu pareja por no ser "pequeña y adorable" no por ser alta tenemos una fuerza sobrenatural o no queremos alguien que se preocupe por nosotras, no somos rocas y tampoco debes vernos como un chico o como tu amigo por medir lo mismo que tú, buscamos lo mismo que una chica que mide 1,60.
PD: Me gustó la forma de actuar de los chicos aquí, aunque algunas veces hacían ciertos comentarios como "sería como hablar con un amigo" o "siento que me protegería" créanme que eso es una inseguridad para nosotras, el que nos vean como hombres y ver cómo nos tratan diferente a su amiga que mide 1,60. Si un chico está leyendo esto, traten de ser más empáticos con las chicas altas por favor, muchas veces lastiman nuestros sentimientos

@@citlalynorato8435 Sí, a ambas alturas siempre les hacen bromas, cómo dije, una o dos veces es entendible, te llegas a burlar de ti mismo algunas veces, pero que te lo digan a cada rato molesta la verdad. Lo malo es que a nosotras no siempre nos tratan como mujeres como escribí, nos llegan a ver cómo el amigo o simplemente no como una chica por nuestra estatura.
En mi experiencia con chicas bajitas si he visto que suelen molestarlas poniéndoles cosas más alto o las típicas burlas, pero luego ha resultado que los chicos terminan saliendo con las chicas de esas alturas, cosa que no sucede con las chicas de 1,75 para arriba (digo 1,75 porque puede haber hombres en teoría altos que acepten una chica de su misma altura, pero no alguien más alta)
Todos tenemos nuestros problemas al fin y al cabo, aunque es muy feo. También si eres alta siempre creerán que eres buena en los deportes cuando puedes ser muy mala (me ha pasado muchas veces) y si eres pequeña creerán que no eres buena (más en equipos de basketball)

I'm about 174cm and my niece is about 180cm. She always refers to herself as "big"! I correct her by telling her she's built like a supermodel . She doesn't like to be looked at, she says, because she stands out due to her height. I told her people will notice her because she's beautiful and has the most incredible long legs, so go ahead and wear whatever shoes or clothes she wants. I bought her an adorable skirt and jacket. (She's 16) . I've even bought her cowboy boots.
Maybe guys don't feel protective of tall women as much, but I told her that we're strong and capable. ( as all women should be) Project confidence and you'll look great.
Most of all, I said that you can't change your height, so wear what you like and own it. Just carry yourself confidently and people will see that. If you have to, fake it till you make it. I encouraged her to go for the purple mini and red stilettos if she wants.
Always be honest, and always be kind. If you're not popular with the boys in high school, then they're obviously blind. They're also teenagers and we know teenaged boys are insecure. (Sorry guys, but a lot of boys aren't used to the whole attraction and dating thing either. Fear of rejection is real for both sexes.)

Relieved to see girl who was 170 was picked. I’m 167 (the tallest in my group) and there was this case when it was a scary windy weather. My friends who were girls (we are all older than 23) were scared as well as me, and asked for a ride home and the response from men was: of course we’ll get you home, and be careful when you go to our cars. And when I said: I’m scared too, the reply was: “haha you’re tall, nothing will happen to you”. I was so hurt and said: but I’ll be knocked off by wind too… and the replies were: well, if you want we can give you a ride, and omg don’t be offended, you’re tall and literally like us, it’s just you can go by yourself like us guys.

For a westerner, I'm very very short at 154cm compared to the average, so it's always been a huge insecurity for me here. The main problem is people treating you like a child. Even today I was at a bar but all I wanted was a bottle of water and they told me very condescendingly, "sorry but you need to have your parent accompany you" and I had to tell them that I'm an adult and provide my licence lol. I think this video is nice for everyone showing that there's good things about all heights!

Some of the best guys I know are the short ones because it makes them humble as well, they're not cocky and annoyingly overconfident. I'm 176 cm tall and I've always felt insecure about my height. Sometimes I like it, because some men tend to take you more seriously when you are a tall woman (sadly) and being tall has it's perks, but it's still something that's seen as unattractive by many people. I wouldn't mind if my partner was the same height as me, but most men don't like that

The average height for female in my country is 160.4cm, kinda short. I think there are only 5% of the girls who're 170cm+. So a girl with height 175+ would stand out very much.
Girls here would definetely feel insecure about their height if they're 175+, because just by being 172+ you're taller than 50% of the men in my country.
Girls really don't have to worry about being too tall that much. It's not like being 175+ would just scare away any men you try to approach, kinda on the contrary actually.
I'm basically 163cm but i've been obsessing about my height lately. It's not good. Because I'm normal height and there's shorter people that'd LOVE to be my height and real tall girls that'd love to be my height. Personally I think 165cm is perfect. I'm like the 160cm girl who said she wanted to be 5 more cm's taller. It's so dumb because what, with shoes I can be 5cm taller. I've always been "the tall girl in the room", anytime I was with girls my age I felt good and somehow empowered for being the tallest, but everything got ruined when my family started making comments and 'jokes' about my height, I lost my confidence and the thing I liked the most about myself became something I hated; avoiding any shoes that would make me look taller, feeling so awkward anytime I was around any girl.
But lately I'm just not giving a fuck anymore, it's something I can't change and that I shouldn't cause is cool af being tall, I love how clothes suit me, I love using platform/heels and I love feeling empowered by it

I was curious of men's thoughts on tall women since one of the previous videos I've watched. I remember the reply section of my comment almost being a debate haha.
