I am very happy that Timm get a new animated Batman show. I am less happy about Abrams, he always set up weird mysteries in everything he makes but he tends to screw up the resolution of them. A lot of un-fired Checkov's guns in that man locker.
Still, we have to wait and see, hopefully Timm keep Abrams from getting "Lost".
We also have Matt Reeves attached to it as well
I feel you, I feel that Timm and Reeves are leading the charge and Abrams is more for production with his company

I am excited as well! You should check out a new comic run called "Batman First Knight", it's a run that take place in 1939. Very gritty and Batman is wearing the same suit he's gonna wear in this show
