As a small business owner myself who commissions a lot of work, lack of communication and poor communication is always the biggest killer.
No amount of talent is going to override being difficult to work with.
Meanwhile, being easy to work with people will give you a lot more grace.

Such good advice! A good attitude goes a long way.
Toxic masculinity and it's attributes can be held up by anyone in society. Be it men or women. As a male feminist I feel its important to highlight how anyone can push men to never open up. Growing up it was mainly my mother and now it's often the men in my community. The problem doesn't come from one gender but from gender norms that anyone can follow.
