Sir i have one doubt on behalf of all JEs recruited through 2018 notification. As per rule three year non fortuitous service required in level-06 and 5 years APARs will ve considered for giving marks out of total 25 marks. And minimum marks in APARs should be 15 as per rule. Please clarify following doubt. Sir we have three years service in level-06 and also have 3 years APAR available. Max candidates have very good remarks in APAR. So total marks for three apar as per very good remark will be 12. So we want to know these candidates are eligible or not. Sir how APAR marks being alloted based on section -2 of APAR. LDCE ke liye OS me 5 years complete karna padega. AME/AEE ke liye eligibility conditions check kar le. Mere vichar se to eligible nahi hoga.
