Knowledgeable sir. Sir recently a question asked in examination of APO in ECR about new penalty i.e. 6(x) introduced vide RBE no. 105/2015 dated 08.09.2015, in which punishment is deemed to the section 3 (C) of Railway Service Conduct Rules 1966 of "Sexual Harassments". Sir please focus on this penalty how many penalties are at present.

Nps वाले कर्मचारी के केस में SF 11 के द्वारा अगर एक इंक्रीमेंट अस्थाई रूप से रोकना हो तो क्या इंक्वायरी होगी की नही क्योंकि NPS कर्मचारी का एक भी अस्थाई इंक्रीमेंट रोकने पर उसके पेंशन की राशि कम कटौती होगी इस तरह से उसका पेंशन प्रभावित होगा
