    I bought one for my daughter for Xmas. As a bassist myself, I really couldn't put it down and thinking of getting another for myself! Very fun to play!

    I think it’s so cool that it comes with a smooth single pickup and it has a unique sound. I wouldn’t change the pickup

      You're right. The stock pickup has some of that woody tone like the single coil 50's style P bass.

      I heard it's a cheap strat pickup, six poles and all. If it sounds good, it's the right choice.

      I have a US Mustang bass and Japanese Jazz. I play the bronco at gigs a lot! Totally stock. I think it has a vibe all its own.

      Where can you buy a finger holder? I think it looks uncomfortable for fingerstyle picking on this bronco

    Has the Fender DNA throughout. Nice combination of a Jazz bass and Precision bass sound. The Bronco bass is great for recording but kinda noisy with single coil hum.

    I like the Bronco Bass from Squier/Fender - in my youtube Chanel you could find a modificated Bronco Bass with sound very nice. 😀

    How to eliminate single coil humming noise.

    • @santiagomoreno696
      @santiagomoreno696 2 дня назад

      Use a noise gate or replace the single coil with with a hum cancelling (humbucker) pickup.

    Is this bass better than a squier presicion bass mini?

      Different pickups. Both great. Depends what sound you want. P bass pickups are classic, this mustang is a bit more bright.

    Its more sound to p bass or j bass?

    • @bro-im-just-walking-here
      @bro-im-just-walking-here 3 года назад +7

      Imo, it sounds closer to to a p bass. Tho if you want a short scale with a p pickup, i'd suggest the squier p bass mini or the fender mustang

    • @possibly8180
      @possibly8180 2 года назад +5

      It's technically the closest to the 50s p basses. Particularly with the single coil pickup and the 2-barrel bridge.

      No, they are super light compared to a P bass

  • @Pellefication

    I am a somewhat seasoned bass player who has developed poorer motor skills. Short-scale base has been a solution. (And short-scale basses actually sound fantastic!?).
    I already have a Danelectro longhorn which is great.
    But a bass with "classic" Fender sound is needed.
    I have very bad finances these days
    I'm such a music snob and would never buy this bass even if it sounds ok!?! (Although I really would like to).
    I'm a fool!

      Has a lot to do with what strings you have on it. Flat wounds would soften that pinging

    the product tags could've at least been removed for the filming of this demo. its looks kind of amateurish
