Hey Kat, a tiny suggestion. Some of the champions have cinematic trailers as well, like Aurelion Sol, Tahm Kench, Bard and Kindred etc. So I would say whenever you're doing a champion spotlight, look up for their cinematic trailer as well, they're really good.
SWAAAAAIN... I love him... I won't say I main him, that would be Zyra (the one and only bae) but I Swain is my second most played champ. I play him as a support too. The best thing about him is his dialogue. His voice is so awesome and his lines make him a certified badass. Read up on his lore, it's one of the best out there
Swain was my most-played champion last year. While his voice does have similarities to Jeremy Irons (Scar's voice-actor), his character is a bit more along the lines of Tywin Lannister; not strictly evil, but ruthlessly pragmatic. My favourite moment playing as him was an exchange of taunts between me and an Irelia (who crippled him and cut off his arm in the lore); Irelia, "Did you want to lose the other one too?" Swain, "Am I to seek revenge for my dear, departed arm? If anything girl, you did me a favour."
@@arthurrus2329 Rylai's is good for teamfights, so if there's a lot of that going on I like to have it as a 2nd-3rd item. Gotta get those mana-issues fixed with a Catalyst or Lost-Chapter item first though.
You could probably also throw in the teasers and similar stuff especially since they're too short to make a full video on. Swain teaser is like 10 seconds
Swain is strong, but he's short range. He can be dealt with if you can hot him and stay out of his range. His team fight, however, is horrifying if he's done even average.
Hey Kat, you should check the Kindred spotlight. They have one of the best Lores of the game, and have a weird creepy/cute feeling to them, it's simply undescribable Love your videos

Swain is a twist on the evil sorcerer villain, kinda like a fantasy Palpatine or more human Sauron. He's ruthless, pragmatic and tenacious but is not evil, for evil's sake, nor does he view himself on some moral high ground. He was a noble of Noxus who was betrayed during a war campaign, lost it, fell in disgrace and then rose up again and reformed the Noxian empire into a military style dictatorship that is surprisngly inclusive and unconcerned of a person's past, origins or inclinations. He's obssessed with expanding the empire, and collecting magic, artifacts and secrets to fight some shadow threat only he understands.

Well you wanted to know what we like about him, sooo..: Swain isnt built to do crazy damage these days - hes more about doing moderate damage while having very good sustain, and cc (aka keeping enemies in place/moving them where you want them) - and what i like about him is that you are always a threat to your enemy, and you need to be very careful when playing against a swain - if one nevermove (the hand) hits you, you lose the 1v1 most of the time - and if swain has a teammate near, then that teammate can use that cc to surely hit his spells. If you win your lane against a cocky midlaner that thought he could fight you, then your ultimate will make the enemies either not wanna teamfight (which is good for the assassins on your team, since they are MADE to pick off squishy (glasscannons) targets that are alone) OR lose their teamfights against you, since your r can bring all 5 people to half health or below - your team can handle the rest. That ,,i dont wanna teamfight"-mentality also makes the opponents not wanna take risks and do objectives, since you and a teammate could always come, kill them, take the objective (dragon, baron, herald) and win even harder from there on out. tldr: Swain plays with fear. He is always dangerous and your opponents need to play very careful - if they dont, you will turn into a teamfight monster and could even win the game by yourself sometimes.

you could also say that he embodies the spirit of Noxus bein like scar, removing those on power before him so he could take the seat of grand general that its like king of a millitary nation, yo will love and be afraid of noxus when to get to read about that region. NOxus is hard, has no pity and always hungry for more territories, buuuuuut, its also the place where it does not matter if you are a noble or a peasant, if you show real strengh and cunning, you can get to the top echelons of power so they dont discriminate, even nobles can lost their titles if they dont prove usefull to noxus. BTW, Swain has a special relationship with another champion, Leblanc, they always try to kill each other but also recpect each other, its like a nemesis love. Swain: "at any moment an assassin will come, thats how i know leblanc cares"
I dont « main « swain but im playing im a lot and i like him because he s a mage who can heal with is e ,w and ult I take the ryle is a item put a slow on enemies when they are hit by a spel
Swain can very exceptionally strong in the right hands but has quite a lot of counter play...avoid his hand and there goes a large chunk of his damage and a bit of crowd control can pretty much negate his ultimate....that being said if you can learn to predict the enemy movements and land his grab then you can unleash his full combo
When you look into champions could you also add their other cinematics and the login screen? the login screen contain their main theme so its pretty worth watching if you like music.
Swain has had his abilities changed 3 times in the time he has been created and i LOVED the 2 first kits he had, the third and current kit I don't like. It's a shame that they had to change him, I miss my old pall.
so right now the North American pro league of legend league (LCS), is having their playoffs and they released a hype trailer. you should react to it to get a feel of the pro scene.
