Til ladoos are a very good alternative to calcium supplements. One til ladoo is equivalent to 1 tab calcium as til has the Highest concentration of calcium. Excellent recipe 👍. I make til ladoos every month. 1 til ladoo a day and no need for added calcium. Best option to avoid taking synthetic for of calcium.

No-one in there video mentions that til gud ke laddoos banane ke liye alag gud use hota hai. This is my personal experience why because ek bar maine banaya to bada accha next time phir try kiya dusre gud se to bana hi nahi. So this is my request to every cook to mention every details of the recipe. So that no one gets discouraged while trying something new and for the first time

Watching the video simultaneously and making the laddoo.... Unfortunately the mixture is not sticky enough. I think I hv not used the right jaggery..
Tasty and healthy recipe . It is also beneficial for those who are on diet as jaggery is good for weight loss and ghee is used in very less amount. Nice recipe 👍👍
