Great video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you thought about - Taparton Complete Cleanse Takeover (do a google search)? It is a good exclusive product for discovering a really effective health cleanse without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin at last got cool results with it.

How did you substitute the animal protein in your diet

    • @noahheyl3571
      @noahheyl3571 5 лет назад +1

Plant based for 4 years. For protein eat beans and grains combined with fresh fruits and veggies. I dont drink soda or alcohol but smoke weed. Processed food is what I avoid mostly. Diet shapes thougts and conciousness. Plant based and natural is the only true match to our bodies Design

Thanks to you and others like you on RUclips. I have avoided surgery. I was pretty sick about 2 months ago. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high blood sugar and worst of all a ct scan of my abdomen showed my colon was severely inflamed. Doctors wanted to put me on different pills for my symptoms and talking about surgery to remove portions of my colon due to the severe inflammation and possible irreversible damage. I took the antibiotics for the infection in my colon, but refused pills for my blood pressure or blood sugar. Instead I went to Costco loaded up on veggies, fruits, nuts and almond milk. I made green smoothies and ate greens like crazy. A month later my blood pressure and blood sugar are in normal range again, plus I lost weight, another ct scan and colonoscopy two months after I originally got sick shows my inflammation is gone and not need for surgery or drugs. I'm sticking with a raw food diet lifestyle. Thanks again.

I used to be constipated all the time. Most of the time I would go for a number 2 only once every few weeks. That's also the main reason I became vegan (and I stayed vegan for ethical reasons): when I switched to a plantbased diet I went from once every few weeks to 3 times a day (and it comes out so easy now!). That was so shocking to me! You should try a vegan diet! It really does wonders for your colon!

Great video Ravana. I'd like to add that soaking nuts and seeds prior to eating them makes them more digestible and the nutrients more bioavailable. also, Chia seeds are excellent for cleaning the colon especially if soaked first because they release a gelatin like substance that is said to scrape the colon walls as it passes through.

What about the parts about stoning a woman to death if she gets raped and ends up pregnant? Or how about the guy who picked up sticks on the Sabbath and was stoned to death? What about Lot when he offered up his virgin daughters to get raped by a mob of people instead of the two male travelers?
Did you sacrifice your first born son?
If you didn't you broke your commandment with God already.
The Bible was CREATED by man and it contains about as much non-fiction as every other cult at the time. The only difference is leaders and theologians tried to remove them all and slap Christianity on everything. And now we have like 10,000 different types of Christians who ALL claim to be correct. Could it in fact be that they are all wrong?

As someone who recently had her first colonoscopy, the "cleaner" you eat (i.e., plant based eating), the "dirtier" your colon. I KNOW! Shocked me, too. The GI doctor explained all this good fiber is like spackle along your intestinal walls protecting your body from too rapidly absorbing fats, oils, sugars, etc. She highly advised to keep eating plant based.
BUT, when you get older you must tell your Dr. before your first colonoscopy (typically age 50) that you eat a high fiber/plant based diet. My Dr. made me eat a LOW FIBER diet for 1 week to start breaking down all that good spackle on the intestinal walls before the "preparation" for the colonoscopy.

One of the first things I noticed on a vegan diet was improved digestion and bowel movements! You can tell when your diet isn't great either or when you need to incorporate some more whole foods rather than vegan alternative products and the like because digestion, etc. start to fall behind again.

Hi Youvana! My first time seeing you here, and just flipping through videos to see what is going on. I've been vegan/plant based for 7 years, prior was vegetarian with some poultry and dairy. However, going full plant based brought my HA1c from 8+ to 5.4. I also have thyroid cancer, so with that my B/P and glucose got out of whack but with a plant based diet got my glucose readings back in line rather quickly. I would also like to mention we have to be super knowledgeable about alternative medicine even today! So, when you have something that is "not quite right" that sends you to your doctor, study up on the symptoms first, then have an open dialogue with your doctor, and present treatment options if he/she doesn't already present. I'd like to give an example, having Thyroid cancer also makes the B/P go out of whack, and mine didn't come down as quickly as my medical team would have liked it to, and insisted I take beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, and a few other recommendations. I spoke up and said that hypertension is a symptom of an underlying problem, I want everything checked first, so several tests were done, all in normal limits, so still not sure why B/P is hypertensive. Dr. wanted me to take Losartan! OH! NO! I already have cancer, why would I want to take a pill that is cancer causing?! So, I made a deal with my doctor: "I'll consent to taking Magnesium but I won't take any hypertensive medications unless you can pin point exactly what is causing the elevation." So, I knew I needed Magnesium, but wasn't sure of dosage, so Dr. put me on 400mg daily. I also am Vit D deficient living in the North country, we don't get enough sun shine exposure and add to that Thyroid Cancer and not supposed to be in the sun! And being vegan, we don't get enough B vitamins so B6 is ordered.
I have to say, I respect your knowledge of nutrition! You taught this old dog some new tricks, and validated reasons for eating what I thought were special treats! MMMMMMM! Heading to the produce market for some watermelon, papaya, pineapple and mangos!(I have apple trees in my yard, so don't need to buy them this time of year!) All foods I love and eat regularly, but now have a medical reason more so to eat those special treats! I'd also like to add Raspberries to this list! Those little gems are packed with loads of nutrition! And good source of Vit. C!

You have beautiful skin. Do you have any idea why? Do you have a skin care routine. Is it the food you eat? Is it both?

colon constriction can also be because our body wants to extract nutrients that are just not there... there for it binds us up.. i find acidic foods also do this. where as alkaline foods tend to loosen things up and relax the colon... the body also has to work to restore ph when too much acidic food is present.

You're cute. Did you glue the carrot and grapes to your fridge? I didn't think it was magnetic. Great info BTW also. Thank you
