Why are only Sonic Shuffle, Sonic Runners and when Tails, Amy and Knuckles were digitized in Sonic Frontiers cel-shaded, is it because the SEGA and Sonic Team company doesn't have high budget enough or does it take longer to make cel-shaded graphic for some of the other 3D Modern Sonic games as well?
