  • I do a full backpacking gear load out with my Osprey Atmos 65 AG. I show you everything I carry with me on an 2 night overnight backpack trip. What you carry and how you carry it while backpacking is important.
    Thanks for watching,
    Base Camp Chris
The Atmos™ AG 65 is the best-fitting, most ventilated and comfortable pack ever made for traditional backpacking trips up to a week or more in duration. The innovative AntiGravity suspension makes it feel like you're carrying less weight and seamlessly wraps around your body, which means you'll enjoy every mile more than ever. From easy to use stretch mesh side pockets, Stow-on-the-Go trekking pole attachment, and FlapJacket for lidless use, the Atmos™ AG 65 is still the top contender. Backed by our All Mighty Guarantee, forever.

It’s refreshing to see someone who’s not so obsessed with minimalistic gear and making their pack weigh less than 10 lbs. Some people like to have comforts like a hot meal or extra layers!

I love that you take the items that are important to you as opposed to denying yourself comfort to be "ultra-light"

This is the third video I am watching for the ATMOS 65 in your channel, I really like this backpack, I can say I almost watched all the videos on youtube about it and read a lot of online reviews. I also made a video about it on my channel but it was more focused on the Osprey almighty guarantee. I am happy that there is now this video that shows you how to load the ATMOS 65!

I hope you’re not leaving those wipes out in the wilderness; they don’t break down like TP. They’re more like hand wipes, which you should never leave out or even bury; especially scented ones... Leave no trace, right?

I had a first aid kit like that, plus a bunch of added stuff like WATERPROOF bandaids and extra cold packs. I took it out of the bulky kit and put all of it in a zip-lock bag...takes up half the space.

They make foam sleeves for hydration bladders and their tubes that prevent water from freezing. I used them extensively with my skiing pack's bladder and never had one freeze on me.

Thanks for sharing your load out Chris. I always learn something from other people's load outs and it gives me better ideas of how I want to pack and bring with me.👍
