- The goal of this Hearthstone Secret Mage challenge deck is to build a deck with ONLY Mage Secrets! There are 17 Mage Secrets in total so I decided to include at least 1 of each as well! Super fun meme challenge deck! Good luck!

Let's see, Warrior has over 20 Weapons, even 30, so i think we all know where this is going
Challenge idea: Highlander Weapon-only Warrior
That sounds impossible. You could never keep the board clear while getting in face damage, you couldn't make use of all the durability without burning cards, and you would get hit by the full power of every enemy minion at least once.

I don't think there's enough weapons yet for a weapon-only HIghlander. Like 2 or 3 shy.
Funny thing is the counter of this deck is to just hero power with mage and hunter and do nothing else
Tenwu Rogue would be a nightmare against this deck. The few minions he gets are thrown back into his hand and if he's below 25 before he procs ice barrier he eats the triple alex except he highrolls two icebarriers he doesn't waste before and manages to copy alex with mirror. Even then he's still able to bounce alex back max 3times.

Why even counter this deck, though? It's bad. That's what makes it a challenge...
I know it's supposed to be all secrets, but I don't think anyone would bash you for throwing in the never-used Glacial Mysteries

I'd love to see you try killing your opponent with purely their cards. so thoughtsteal, cameleos, etc :) but I'm not sure if there are enough cards like that

The amount of wins I get without trying in Wild is crazy. I was playing a DH deck purely made to trigger as many Sigils as possible for the Achievement. Discovering spells and whatnot and picking sigils when possible.
Not even bothering to go face. Have opponents BMing me then at one point I'm just like ok whatever, send everything face and win.
I almost got the Hoard Operative one too, but I accidentally stole an Ice Block before they filled up their secrets. So i tried not doing anything for like 10turns so they could trigger the ice block. They still hadn't killed me by the time I reached fatigue and let he fatigue kill me. I was so mad. They were BMing too as if I was actually trying to win (by not playing a single card)
Last season I accidentally reached platinum in Wild when I threw every possible game, as I didn't want to rank up so I could keep using Wild as an easy place to go for Achievements.

There are currently (as of FitB) 38 different collectable cards without any card text in Wild, 4 of which are weapons, 4 are class specific minions and the other 30 are neutral minions.
Looking back on it I now remember what I was trying to do some months back: Not simply make a deck using only cards that have no card text, but make a deck using only cards that have no card text AND don’t have any tribe either.
If that’s the challenge you’re going for it is indeed impossible, because the best you could do would be 9 different neutral minions and 2 different Warrior weapons, for a total deck size of 22.
I figured all-secrets Mage would be pretty hard; while Hunter has Explosive Trap and a lot of minion-generating secrets, along with a 2-damage face burn hero power, Mage only has a 1-damage ping and not a lot of damage sources in its secrets. You made it work though!
Challenge: You know how there's a deck where you play Hakar, put Corrupted Blood in both players' decks, and then play that Paladin card that turns all your nonclass cards into Paladin cards? Do that, but you get the Paladin card from Renounce Darkness from Warlock

I have been trying out decks that "should" be impossible on ladder, but are actually quite fun in the Tavern Brawl and one of them is: ONLY ZERO ATTACK MINION HIGHLANDER SHAMAN.
Which is a request to see if it is possible on Ladder and not strictly the Tavern Brawl.
These secret decks have all the weaknesses of aggro (just loses if the opponent has too much (or in this case, any) healing), combo (takes a while, leaving yourself weak to aggro) , and control (mostly reactive). with none of the respective upsides. Its quite beautiful really.

No idea if this is even possible, but if anyone can do it - Mark can.
Probably Celestial Alignment Druid with Giants. But the restriction would have to be that you can play only 1 card that costs mana.

Hard removal is damage.
@@HandsomeGamerGuy I was under the impression hard removal was a term for a card like Brawl, or Siphon Soul: cards that remove without causing damage, instead just getting rid of the target flat out.
Yeah and it's an existing archetype that's extremely boring to play and watch. Get better ideas and try again.

Here is a Challenge idea that i call: "Hero Power Only to win"
Rules:
No minions
No weapons
No spells that can deal damage to face (or make heal cards deal damage to face)
No spells that can generate: Minons, Weapons, Spells that can deal damage to face
No spells that can have a random effect that will do any of the above
No spells that buff minions/weapons (paladin, shaman, rogue only)
No hero cards (except Zul,jin for Hunter and Valeera tha Hollow for rogue)
Any minions/cards that your opponent gives you are OK to use.
So 100% control and you try to win only with the normal heropower + fatigue
The first class I was thinking for this was Hunter, but really you can do this with all of them I think. Some are more easy and some very hard (Warlock)
Forgot this:
No spells that give your hero +X Attack (this can go face and that is not OK).
You get the idea. Feel free to modify this Challenge any way you like.

@@trickygamer555 "Deck of Lunacy" or a Hero card with infinite value (Deathstalker Rexxar) would be the some of the best things to get randomly from your opponent for this kind of challenge. And because there are cards like Griftah (that opponent may get from Prince Malchezaar) in the game it is "possible" to happen.
Here are some Deck Recipes for this Challenge. Some classes (D.Hunter ; Paladin ; Druid) only just have enough cards to make a valid deck. Druid has one the best cards for this challenge (Naturalize) but is very shit outside that.

Would have put "Void Contract" in the Warlock deck but I do not have that, so Altar of Fire opponents win-con for the win.
For every other deck: Your win con is HeroPower + Fatigue

Challenge Suggestions 2: All Weapon Rogue, All Weapon Warrior, and/or All Weapon Paladin
Challenge idea:
C'thun Priest, but you don't include C'thun in your deck and instead steal each individual piece from your opponent.
Gnome challenge; Only cards with gnome in art
Millhouse Manastorm makes that too easy.
Love this challenge. It's really interesting. Though, your constant clicking keeps making the card descriptions disappear. As somebody who doesn't play hearthstone, it's making it harder to watch. Please let me read what all the cards do.
It would be cool to include Glacier Mysteries in this deck. Though, it is onoy secrets deck, I would love to ever see Glacier Mysteries in play.

Challenge: Make Freeze Shaman Work.
You MUST use all freeze shaman cards from knights of the frozen throne and as many freezing cards as possible from other expansions.
The only suggestion I can give that would make this kinda playable would be to use Galakrond, frost, and Zentimo.
