2 out of 15 dishes though. Should’ve tried the Amatriciana with the Spaghetti. Lots to try. And that Medium box has 10,5 ounces of pasta with sauce, not 6 nor 8.
Anyhow, tell you what. For a week straight. On us. Come try all the sauces. Give us a consolidated review. I think that’s only fair. Let us know.

I completely agree with you Sean. When I go out to eat it’s to eat something that I can’t make as good at home. I absolutely will not pay an insanely expensive plate that I can easily make at home ten times better!

Hey boys, great video. I love the guy coming into the window when you’re bashing the first round of pasta. My to go container will be filled with braised short rib Ragu over Pappedelle pasta. I know I butchered the spelling of the pasta. I make it at home every once in a while freaking delicious. Keep up the good work boys.

The problem with this place is that it’s 1 block from Pasta Bowl… which has significantly better pasta.
I still don't think we've ever done Pasta Bowl before if I'm not mistaken. Been there forever!
Well. Let me counter, respectfully sir Nate.
I opened this shop for three reasons. Four actually.
1. Quality - if you haven’t tried it, please stop by. On me.
2. Convenience - there’s no place in the midwest that serves to-go pasta in takeout boxes like this.
3. Value - our largest box is $13.60 - and that’s 14 ounces of pasta and sauce. Enough to feed two.
4. Competition - Price-wise, my only competition is Noodles and Company. Respectfully.
Plus the boxes are microwable if you have leftovers. The sauces are all homemade. We cook the pasta al dente from 7 to 7:30 minutes tops.
I apologize for the forthcoming, no need to dirt, just putting out some facts for my joint.
I’m opening up a second shop in the city since our delivery partners don’t deliver further up North, far West or down South.
I appreciate the guys honesty. Will take all the comments into consideration.

Like chicken parm with the chicken cut up I get baked ziti with chicken grilled chicken and it's great they cut it up to where when you're eating it like ziti you got a piece every time so ziti noodles parmesan with chicken in a box
