I really like these videos. I'm a one man band doing gas and heating work, there's 1000 channels showing guys doing the practical stuff, but none showing the behind the scenes stuff!

Hi that’s cheap ! we would price around £2800 to supply fit a logic 24 with a 10 year warranty. Have you tried fitting ideal easy to install part reasonable too.

Hi Peter, google local services is a decent cost effective option but is getting nailed by scammers currently - check out the video I did a couple of weeks back on google scams

Keep watching pal, you will see day to day what we do to improve the business
No one is borrowing money at the moment it’s gone quiet. Even the haulage companies have got lorries sat doing nothing and that’s a very bad sign. Instagram business account it’s the way forward. Not just a normal account and just posting it needs to be a business one which is very easy to set up. Then you do paid posts that land to thousands of people.

Classic case....Too many Overheads, not enough work.
Guys, our Trade is seasonal, you always need to be diverse. You can have all these so-called ‘marketing gurus’ etc etc, but they don’t understand the Trade. You can have an Office full of non-productive Staff, but they can’t fix a boiler or washer a tap!!
Slash your overhead now, Pay off all these Office monkeys. One office staff to twenty guys on the tools is the Rule.
