I am going to do a Valentine Version of the Reindeer Food with red and pink M and M also gonna try all the other recipes too. Happy Holidays and thank you for all your lovely videos
@Kathy Ann - Hey Kathy Ann! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! Oh my goodness, what a BRILLIANT idea! I love it! That will be perfect with the red and pink ones, and I know it will be yummy! I can't wait to hear (and maybe see a picture, you should email me one or post it on our Facebook page!) how it turns out. That's such a great idea, I wish I had thought of it myself, LOL! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Kathryn Baker - Hey Kathryn! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching, and for commenting! Like you, we've had spiced tea mix in our family for eons, and it was the old recipe that used Tang and some other things that I can no longer find, LOL! I was thrilled when my sweet friend Beth made and gave me her version, since she updated it using products she could find at Walmart. Made my day and it's so good - in fact, I just finished a mug!! LOL! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Yumeka 'Vadam - Hey Yumeka! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching, and for the truly lovely comments! You are so sweet 😚💖 We really hope that all of our family and friends who received these enjoyed them. Hope the new year is off to a fabulous start for you and your family. Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Christy Rouse - Hey Christy!! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching, and for the great comments!! You are so sweet 😚💖 Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
Yummy, it all looks good and we gotta do the bean soup, Ayron does like beans, so it will be a hit! Thanks for the gift ideas, these would be good all year long, especially if you know of someone in need and they can be just because gifts. Love y'all and God Bless!!
@ayronsmama05 - Hey Marilyn!! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! Hooray, I'm so glad that Ayron likes beans, that's wonderful! She probably eats a lot better than I ever did at her age :) The hot cocoa mix and the spiced tea are great for the rest of the winter, so I plan to mix up more of those, and you're right - the soup mixes would work anytime :) Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Rosie O'Grady - thank you so much for stopping by and watching, Rosie! I know these are late, but hopefully they will be of help in the future, for another gift idea this winter or for the next holiday season. These are all tried and true, and I don't like to share things that I have never tasted myself, so we wanted to taste test them before gifting and sharing. Hope you are having a great start to the new year! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Courtney Bailey - Hey Courtney!! Thanks so much for stopping by and watching this one (sorry that it's after the fact for Christmas gifts this past season, but hopefully will help in the future!). I had never made a dry soup mix before. I have been gifted a store-bought one and it was pretty good (though I spiced it up a bit), and I thought it would be a fun new thing to try this year. We hope the people who received them enjoy them!! The reindeer food has been a nearly-yearly tradition in our house for over 20 years! It's rather addictive, though very sweet and we all love it! Aww, love that you called me "Stac", one of my nicknames!! Thank you, my friend! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
Oh Stacy! Thank you so much! I know everyone will enjoy all those marvelous recipes as much as I will. Your soup is calling my name & now that we finally have some cold weather, I can’t wait to make it! God bless you and thank you for this delightful video!
@Beth - Hey Beth! Awww, you are so sweet to stop by and watch! Thank you, my dear friend, and thank you again for sharing your wonderful recipe with me for the spiced tea! I am loving it, and I know everyone that I gifted it to has loved it as well. Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
Good Morning Stacy! Great gift ideas. Your voice sooths me and calms me. 😊 Thank you my friend! Please pray for me today for peace. The Lord knows. Thank you. 🙏❤ You have me craving hot cocoa and beans today. 😬😳
@Yvette Bennett - Hey Yvette! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching, girl. I just stopped and said a good long prayer to Him for you, and I know He hears your prayers as well as mine. Hopeful that whatever the situation is for you, that it resolves quickly, and you find peace with His solution. I know I struggle mightily when His ways are not my ways, and His timing is not mine. I have this HORRIBLE habit of wanting to make my own plans, decisions, and then happily ask him, please bless these for me! Ha! It's something I'm working on, and likely will continue to do, as long as I'm here :) Will continue to pray for you, my sweet friend. Rest in His embrace. Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Christie Flesch - Hey Christy! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! Hope you have had a good week and will have a restful weekend :) Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Niki McLouth - Hi Niki!! Oh wow, thank you so much!! We are so glad that you are here, and so very happy to hear that you are enjoying the content on our channel. 💜 Hooray for leaving a comment this time -- please don't be a stranger in the future! I know these food gift ideas are late, but we really don't like to share things that we have not tried ourselves and so I needed to wait until after the holidays (plus, they were gifts and I didn't want to show any family or friends what they might be getting, haha!). I hope you'll try one in the future, maybe this winter the cocoa or tea mix, or the others for the holidays later this year. We also hope you get some meal ideas from some of the recipe or weekly What's for Dinner videos :) Thanks again, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
Great looking gift ideas Stacy! The reindeer food looks yummy and so do the soups especially the chicken noodle! I'm sure your friends loved their homemade presents! Happy day from Sally and the fur crew!😊🎁❤
@superbellabeau - Hey Sally! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching, you are so sweet! The gifts all turned out well. Some I've made for many years and some are new (the two soup mixes were completely new this year, hence why I felt compelled to do a taste test before gifting them, I never want to give a gift that is not pretty awesome!). Hope you guys are well and having a great start to this new year! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚

I make a version of the snack mix in white chocolate. We call it white trash around here 😝 I also add mini marshmallows and popcorn. This year for the first time I added mini nilla wafers and it was a hit!
@hotmama298 - Hey there! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching this one! I have never made any mason jar soup gifts, but have seen them for years, and one year, someone gifted me a store-bought one (that was pretty good). So it was fun to finally make some and try them out too at home, before we gave them as gifts. I do much prefer tried-and-true things :) Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Tina Rice - aww, thank you so much for stopping by and watching Tina! I agree - I love to give and receive them. Tim and I are at the point in our life where we like what I call "consumables", something we go ahead and use and consume and don't have to find a place to store or display. We like things like food gifts, homemade items, candles, soap, etc. We are horrible commercialized American citizens in that we tend to buy what we want the other 364 days out of the year, LOL! These all came out great though, both the two new soup mixes we tried this year, and also all of the other tried and true food gifts we give every year. Hope you had a fantastic holiday! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@@LetsCookYall You're Welcome, Stacy! I stay hungry and watching your videos always make me even more hungry and I can't wait to make the recipes!! LOL

@LaTasha Gant - Hey LaTasha! Thank you so much for stopping by, and hooray! I'm so glad you might do some for gifts in the coming year, that is awesome!! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Judy Parker - Hi there Judy! Thank you so much for stopping by and checking this one out! We like to gift "consumables" a lot of the time. I think a lot of us struggle with where to put so many of the gifts we receive, how to use them, and I know that personally, I like to get food and then have it to eat, cook with, make drinks from, etc. So glad you are enjoying the content on our channel!! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Judy Parker - LOL! We are definitely pudgy around here too, especially after the holidays! I feel like we've done nothing but eat since Thanksgiving, LOL! 😜😂
@Billie's home life * - thank you so much for swinging back by and watching this one! You are so sweet! And I totally agree, we love to give and receive anything homemade, whether food or crafts or candles or soap or whatever. Plus, we are at an age now, that we like to give and receive "consumables", something we can consume and not have to display, store, determine its use or donate if it is something we already have. We tend to be very consumeristic the other 364 days a year and mostly buy what we want, so it's very hard to find us a gift we don't already have, LOL! Take care, and have a truly blessed day! ---Stacy 😍💚
Great ideas! I love to make gifts in a jar, so fun! I usually do spiced nuts, but this year I made taco seasoning (as you know!) 🌮 I am a bit taco-obsessed, lol! I don’t like split peas either, good call. 👍🏻
@AKA Our 80's Life - Hey Abby! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! You are so sweet, and yes, I know your taco seasoning is awesome!! Thank you :) This was my first time to try a soup mix in the mason jar, hence why I wanted to do a taste test and run through before we actually gifted them. I love the idea of the spiced nuts too! You may not remember, but last year, I gave the girls in our family this awesome sugar scrub that you have shown on your channel. It was a hit too!! Tell the Birthday Boy we said Hello!! @Susan Miller - Hey Sue!! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching - we are sending all of this food virtually, so be on the lookout, LOL!! Hope you are well and not working too hard, though I know you likely remain very busy with all of the current health issues. I know our hospitals down here are crowded and in rough shape. Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
All your foodie gifts looked yummy! I’d love to try the spiced tea! I made 3 different snack mixes; 2 sweet and 1 savory, and some loaves of cranberry nut bread to share with family and friends. I’ve always wanted to try the soup mixes; I have a bunch pinned, but just never tried them! Maybe I will now! Hope y’all have a great 2021!
@Nola Mom - Hey Sally! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! Ooh, you should definitely try the spiced tea, it's so good! I bet all of the goodies you made were delicious and so loved by everyone who was lucky enough to receive them 😚💖 Like you, I had several things pinned for the mason jar soup mixes but had never tried them. It was fun to experiment and do taste tests on Tim before we gifted them, LOL! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Christy Stone - Hey there Christy! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! I love to give food and homemade gifts to people. Some family members can be really hard to buy for (since I think they already have most everything they want, they get it themselves, haha!), and food is something that is consumed and hopefully enjoyed... so you don't have to find a place to put it or store it (or donate it, oops!). These are all tried and true, and we hope you get a chance to try one at some point. Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Matinas Cooking - thank you so much for stopping by and watching! I love the color red also, and have a lot of it in my kitchen (especially during the Christmas season!). Hope the new year is off to a fantastic start for you. Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
Those all look great and are good ideas! I'm looking forward to trying my bean soup mix you sent me! I had some decaf spiced tea to bring to you, do you still have some left for yourself?! We didn't make the reindeer food this year and may should have but we seemed to have plenty of other snacks for the kids.
@Gail B - Hey Gail! Thanks so much for stopping by! I have some spiced tea mix here, and I'm going to make up another batch of hot cocoa, so I'm happy to give you some more, or your girls, or both. I should have sent the reindeer food with your courier, I just didn't have enough time to get it made before the drop-off. I can make you some of that too!! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
Hi stacy my daughter's name is stacey but with an ey lol I love your videos and how you eat some healthy and some not so healthy that is such a wonderful balance ...I am thinking of making the reindeer food but for superbowl sunday ..I dont care for the almond bark as much have you tried dark chocolate or any other coatings?? Keep cooking stacy💜
@Megan Imhoff - Hey Megan!!! Thank you so much for stopping by our channel, and especially for taking the time to watch and to leave us a comment. We are so glad you are here, and are overjoyed to hear that you have been watching, and hopefully enjoying the content on our channel. 💜 LOL, I do try really hard to strike a balance and fix some healthy things, while still trying to please my meat and potatoes guy (and my voracious sweet tooth, since I want and eat chocolate 365 days a year, haha!). It is hard though, and I definitely feel like I swing and miss as much as I swing and hit a home run, LOL! Oh, and how wonderful that your sweet daughter's name is Stacey! I answer to Stacy, Stacey, Stacie, Tracy, Tracey, and Tracey as well as some nicknames from Tim, LOL!! To answer your question, I have never used anything but the white almond/vanilla bark for the reindeer food. That's the way the recipe was given to me and even though I stray often on things, I have never tried it with chocolate, so I have no idea if it will work. If you do try it, and it does or doesn't come out, I'd love to hear back!! Oh my, Super Bowl Sunday, I need to start thinking about playoffs and game day food, LOL! Thanks again for the lovely comments, and tell your Stacey we said Hello! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
We made Reindeer Food when Hayley was little using Oatmeal with glitter. She would sprinkle it in the yard right before bed for the reindeer to eat while Santa was leaving her presents. The glitter was to glisten in the moonlight so that the Reindeer could find the oats in the grass. It was a cheap little something that we made every Christmas Eve. I do not know where I saw it done or who told me how to make it but we made it from the time she was about 2.5 until she was 8 when she was told by her friends brother that Santa was not real. I will have to try some of your other goodies. My family would drink the cocoa, eat both soups and eat the People Reindeer food. The only person who would drink the spiced tea is Hayley. I do not drink tea at all. I do not like tea or coffee. Mark drinks iced tea but does not like hot tea. Hayley would drink it and probably my mother in law would too. Does the recipe make a huge amount if only 2 people are drinking it?
@Donna Gribbins - Hey Donna! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! I know a lot of people who have made that with their kids to sprinkle out on the lawn on Christmas Eve, such a fun thing to do, and I'm sure wonderful memories for you and Hayley both! I hope you get a chance to try one of them, and you should make up a batch of the spiced tea for Hayley to have the rest of the winter. I had a mug earlier today and it is SO GOOD! The recipe makes enough to fill 5 half-pint jars, so probably just the right amount to fix for two people as gifts! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Stacey Grier - Hey Stacey! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! We are doing really good so far in the new year, and we hope you are as well!

Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
very nice video and recipe i love your red colour cooking pot🍩🍪🎂🍰👍👌
@Matinas Cooking - thank you so much for stopping by and watching! I love the color red also, and have a lot of it in my kitchen (especially during the Christmas season!). Hope the new year is off to a fantastic start for you. Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@@LetsCookYall thank you for your so kind reply🎀🎈
@@LetsCookYall I do have spiced tea here! Didn't get yours done in time to send to you there but sounds like you have it!
Thanks for sharing
