Does anyone remember the back story of the twins? The deer farm fawns. Lucy is back at the top of her game. That's so nice. The deer must love Apache, as well, so that must be nice for him too. You have built a sanctuary of sorts. Animals enrich our lives so much, but this is special. Not everyone has their own deer family. I am grateful to be able to watch them grow right along with you.
So glad to see their health has improved. I used to give Benadryl to one of my dogs and then the Veterinarian told me that I could give her Zyrtec instead. Only one dose to give a day instead of three. You might want to check with your Vet to see if Forest could take that. Thank y’all for sharing your deer family with us. Here is a little funny .. I use to do tree trimming/removal and 1 of my helpers was young and kinda crazy. I went to the door to tell the home owner something and she told me to come in her husband was sitting at the table looking out the window they had made. It was a 1 way window with it built in so they could feed the birds in it and watch them eat. I thought it was cool. Any way I went back out and I was telling my guys about it but didn’t tell them he was sitting in there. That crazy kid was looking at it and I told him to make a crazy face in the mirror and he did and the more we laughed at him the more he did it.. that old man and his wife came running out the back yard just rolling laughing. That boy just about passed out after what he was doing. He didn’t have a clue they was watching him

So good to see Lucy almost all better, she seems to still be ginger footed a little bit. I wonder what she got into that made her decline so quickly. Also great to see all the babies and Mr. Milburn. Edit: I was watching another channel and they said that the loss of body fat in cattle can often cause foot problems because they lose the padding in the hooves. Kind of like us losing an insole in our shoes. Maybe it's the same thing for deer. Just a thought.

She had had so many twins over the years! Including a white doe! one year!

With my congested heart failure I have some bad days when my heart is not pumping like it should, so I only can sit and watch videos. The chest pains can be excruciating at times, but Lucy's videos brings a smile to my face even on the worst of days😉. I love the comment you made Jimmy, the bigger buck and Milburn, that Milburn had Fruit Loops as his advantage. I would really like to try that bullshot spray for carpets from your video the other day. Our little dog has trouble with his tummy sometimes and his Kibbles and bits really has stained the carpet. Damn, I've been around big game my entire life... Im now 52. I do enjoy my annual elk hunt (and bighorn sheep this year) but after watching this video, I may have to reconsider I have 3 dogs and 1 cat, all of which have names, obviously. But when you start NAMING the deer and begin to develop that love, trust, respect and appreciation BOND, you and the deer are ONE- which makes it so!!

I love how you care for lucy and Melbourne and all the babys the triplets and the twins! I wish they could bring you all the abandoned baby deer or injured deer to you two so you could mend to back to health and they could come and go as they please! GOD Bless you both! He has both of you take care of the deer! What a joy and blessing!

Jimmy you sound like you're congested hope it's just allergies and not a cold a brewing. Thank you both for sharing your videos of Lucy and her beautiful family of deer with us. With my congested heart failure I have some bad days when my heart is not pumping like it should, so I only can sit and watch videos. The chest pains can be excruciating at times, but Lucy's videos brings a smile to my face even on the worst of days😉. I love the comment you made Jimmy, the bigger buck and Milburn, that Milburn had Fruit Loops as his advantage. I would really like to try that bullshot spray for carpets from your video the other day. Our little dog has trouble with his tummy sometimes and his Kibbles and bits really has stained the carpet. I must admit to being happy that Milburn figured out how to get back inside the high fence and has been allowed to stay. I pray that he doesn't hurt anyone, but it really pained me to see him separated from you/Chris and his herd. Damn, I've been around big game my entire life... Im now 52. I do enjoy my annual elk hunt (and bighorn sheep this year) but after watching this video, I may have to reconsider I have 3 dogs and 1 cat, all of which have names, obviously. But when you start NAMING the deer and begin to develop that love, trust, respect and appreciation BOND, you and the deer are ONE- which makes it so!!
