I have to ask.. what was the funny bit at the start? Failed attempt to record an intro?? Working on your body is well and good, but do take care of the headache/migraines as well! You probably know to drink enough water,right? Healthy body first,fitness goals second (which can be annoying at times,feeling less fit than you want to be) there are apps to track food you’ve eaten if that would help you reaching your food goals, e.g. myFitnessPal Oh you’re moving to Portland to get a line. Was wondering about that cos distance difference is small (to SEA) will Portland crash pad be cheaper you think?or do you expect to almost never need it? The beginning was just a little blooper and I was laughing on the phone with Damon! lol I won't be getting crash pad in PDX either now that I have a line commuting is much easier. And we are running the Austin Marathon in Feb :)

WOW! That’s really cold for Yakima, I live in Sequim Washington and we are a little warmer which is also not usual for fall around here.
Yeah I think it’s warmed up just a bit but it was so cold for couple days!

Depends on the airport :) it’s about 50/50 ramps versus jet bridge in my experience

Multiple reasons! Extra cushioning for long days, blister protection since they’re new shoes and also just another layer to keep warm in the winter 😌
