I'm Arabic speaker, I agree, there are at least over 30 different qurans. Hafs is different than warsh, qaloon, aldoory and the list goes on. Ibn Masoud quran was different than Uthman's quran, that is just one example of many other qurans. Quran was compiled in 1924 when Egypt dumped many qurans in the nile and kept only Alhusainy manuscript. This means quran you have today is different than those qurans before 1924. Don't forget Uthman burning 6 qurans out of 7 and also the goat had some quran as lunch, many verses are missing.
You can't prove your claim. Holy Qur'an is same in the oldest copy which is preserved in museum. Carbon dating has verified it that it is around 1400 years old. Every single verse is similar to the modern one. Also take a copy of Holy Qur'an from any country of your choice and compare it with any other copy in any other country. Both will be the same. For a book to be called a Version - verses and passages need to either be omitted or added into. Like an essay, you do your first draft, then save. Then teacher has comments, you make changes, and once those changes are made this has now become essay No.2 or version 2. but when you have different versions this creates divisions as someone will say "my book is better than yours". Translation and interpretation is down to humans - which then creates divisions also. So in Christianity you have different versions of the bible where different people have added or taken things out that didn't suit them, and on top of this you have the human element where people interpret the text differently. In a way you have thousands of different Christiandoms. Whereas in Islam you have one version of a book which has never gone through any revisions. This is the Ultimate Quran which is Clean and Pure with no mistakes. then the different interpretations by humans leads to different Sects but within One Islam. We all will go to heaven as we believe in God and his Message as well as his Messenger. Hope that makes sense? lol
We are muslims have so many diferences point of view about understanding of Islam. But still, our guidance are always same that is Al-Qur'and Hadits. So we have a standard of laws. Then if we are arguing one of each about a problem we can automaticaly see the Quran or Hadits as a guidance. Compare to the version let say, if they made a holy books for branches then which holy books will use as a guide line. So, if you say they made for branches then it will make a competition between the branches which standards book of God will use to solve problem. It is not about the branches like you said but in fact like Mr. Deedat always emphasize that there is so many contradiction in it. Even branches to branches will be confuse like you to understand.
The Quran in Classic Arabic are all the same. There is no Quran with a verse that another Quran doesn't have. The Bible has versions quick example Protestant bible 66 books & Catholic bible 73 books.

Christians think they have an iron-clad guarantee that they can enter the Kingdom of Heaven once they accept Jesus as the gate-keeper who is also the King. added), to different reading of letters (reading a “Ya” as a “Ta”), to vocalization differences
(“Maalik” vs. “Melik), and finally to differences in the location of the verse stops (which
were used to indicate the original verse revealed by God to the prophet).
It is not known which of these groups had with them an accurate copy, or which group had a
copy with scribal errors, or which group had a deliberately altered copy…
This problem of the variations continued to go unabated until the 5th century after the Hijra
(around the 11th century A.D.) when the varying number of Quran recitations were studied
and classified in the first known work on the subject by Abu Ma’shar Al-Tabari1
.
Rather than dealing with this most serious of issues head on and searching for the evidence to
support the correct Quran (only one was revealed); the scholars of Al-Tabari’s time decided
to side-step the problem completely by finding a convenient of Hadith whereby the prophet
had “allegedly said” that Gabriel revealed the Quran to him in 7 different dialects/readings
(also known as the ‘7 letters’), and therefore all the groups were correct in their recitations
since these variations were sanctioned by the Hadith.
Even though the Hadith spoke of 7 versions, Al-Tabari concluded that 8 of the existing
versions of the Quran were ‘authentic’ (later scholars increased this to 10) and that they could
all be traced back to the prophet through well respected scholars from the 2nd century after the
Hijra whom he identified as follows:
1. Nafi Bin Abdulrahman (Died 169 A.H.)
2. Abdulla Bin Kathir (Died 120 A.H.)
3. Abdulla Bin Amer (Died 118 A.H.)
4. Asim Abi Al-Nujood (Died 127 A.H.)
5. Hamza Al-Zayaat (Died 156 A.H.)
6. Al-Kisai, Ali Bin Hamza (Died 189 A.H.)
7. Abu Amru Al-Basari (Died 154 A.H.)
8. Yaqoub Al-Hadrami (Died 205 A.H.)
So as not to cause more confusion to an already confused public, the Islamic scholars decided
that each reading should go by a unique name to identify which versions/recitation it is from.
Hence, the version that survived from North Africa came to be known as “Warsh” while the
version that was prevalent in the Middle East became “Hafs”.

I'm Arabic speaker, I agree, there are at least over 30 different qurans. Hafs is different than warsh, qaloon, aldoory and the list goes on. Ibn Masoud quran was different than Uthman's quran, that is just one example of many other qurans. Quran was compiled in 1924 when Egypt dumped many qurans in the nile and kept only Alhusainy manuscript. This means quran you have today is different than those qurans before 1924. Don't forget Uthman burning 6 qurans out of 7 and also the goat had some quran as lunch, many verses are missing.
You can't prove your claim. Holy Qur'an is same in the oldest copy which is preserved in museum. Carbon dating has verified it that it is around 1400 years old. Every single verse is similar to the modern one. Also take a copy of Holy Qur'an from any country of your choice and compare it with any other copy in any other country. Both will be the same. For a book to be called a Version - verses and passages need to either be omitted or added into.
Like an essay, you do your first draft, then save. Then teacher has comments, you make changes, and once those changes are made this has now become essay No.2 or version 2.
but when you have different versions this creates divisions as someone will say "my book is better than yours".
Translation and interpretation is down to humans - which then creates divisions also.

We are muslims have so many diferences point of view about understanding of Islam. But still, our guidance are always same that is Al-Qur'and Hadits. So we have a standard of laws. Then if we are arguing one of each about a problem we can automaticaly see the Quran or Hadits as a guidance. Compare to the version let say, if they made a holy books for branches then which holy books will use as a guide line. So, if you say they made for branches then it will make a competition between the branches which standards book of God will use to solve problem. As nouns the difference between translation and version
is that translation is (uncountable) the act of converting or translating (text from one language to another) while version is a specific form or variation of something. IF the Qur’an is the UNCHANGED word of Allah all you will get is a straightforward WORD for WORD translation from Arabic to the target language. There should be no VERSIONS!

All Muslims are taught from a very early age that the Quran is a perfectly preserved book and
that God has taken it upon himself to guard each verse, word, and letter of the Quran from any errors or changes:

students of the Scripture are the variant texts of the Quran, namely: Hafs & Warsh.

To know whether the Quran you are reading is Hafs or Warsh, there is a simple test:
Look at the first Chapter/Sura of the Quran. If you see that the ‘Basmallah’ (the opening
of the chapter which reads: ‘In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful’) has a number ascribed after it (the number 1), then you have the ‘Hafs’ version…If there is no
number and it is treated like the other 112 Basmallahs, then you have the Warsh version.
How Did These Versions Exist?
As far as we can be aware, the revelation of the Quran began at around the 7th century A.D.
by the angel Gabriel to the prophet Mohammed. The revelations were in Arabic verse form, which were then recorded by the prophet to script (29:48). The revelation of verses continued over a period of time (17:106), until at the end of the revelation the prophet rearranged the Quran into a ‘specific’ arrangement of Chapters and verses according to divine instructions
(16:101-102).
While it is not known what happened to the original Quran that was recorded and arranged by the prophet, it is known that many copies of the finalized Quran were made and distributed to the prophet’s followers, who in turn carried these copies with them to the various geographic regions they migrated to (Kufa, Basra, Mekka, Damascus, North Africa, etc.)
Some time later, when the groups met or converged, it was noticed that the recitals they
carried were in a slightly different manner from each other since they were based on the
textual copy each had taken with them as well as the small but significant dialectal
differences. The differences ranged from slight textual changes (a “Waw” or “Alif” was
added), to different reading of letters (reading a “Ya” as a “Ta”), to vocalization differences
(“Maalik” vs. “Melik), and finally to differences in the location of the verse stops (which
were used to indicate the original verse revealed by God to the prophet).
It is not known which of these groups had with them an accurate copy, or which group had a
copy with scribal errors, or which group had a deliberately altered copy…
This problem of the variations continued to go unabated until the 5th century after the Hijra
(around the 11th century A.D.) when the varying number of Quran recitations were studied
and classified in the first known work on the subject by Abu Ma’shar Al-Tabari1
.
Rather than dealing with this most serious of issues head on and searching for the evidence to
support the correct Quran (only one was revealed); the scholars of Al-Tabari’s time decided
to side-step the problem completely by finding a convenient of Hadith whereby the prophet
had “allegedly said” that Gabriel revealed the Quran to him in 7 different dialects/readings
(also known as the ‘7 letters’), and therefore all the groups were correct in their recitations
since these variations were sanctioned by the Hadith.
Even though the Hadith spoke of 7 versions, Al-Tabari concluded that 8 of the existing
versions of the Quran were ‘authentic’ (later scholars increased this to 10) and that they could
all be traced back to the prophet through well respected scholars from the 2nd century after the
Hijra whom he identified as follows:
1. Nafi Bin Abdulrahman (Died 169 A.H.)
2. Abdulla Bin Kathir (Died 120 A.H.)
3. Abdulla Bin Amer (Died 118 A.H.)
4. Asim Abi Al-Nujood (Died 127 A.H.)
5. Hamza Al-Zayaat (Died 156 A.H.)
6. Al-Kisai, Ali Bin Hamza (Died 189 A.H.)
7. Abu Amru Al-Basari (Died 154 A.H.)
8. Yaqoub Al-Hadrami (Died 205 A.H.)
So as not to cause more confusion to an already confused public, the Islamic scholars decided
that each reading should go by a unique name to identify which versions/recitation it is from.
Hence, the version that survived from North Africa came to be known as “Warsh” while the
version that was prevalent in the Middle East became “Hafs”.

By the way, do you know how many manuscripts of the Quran Uthman burned in order to preserve one copy (Sahih Bukhari Volume 6 Book 61 Number 510)? We Christians do not burn manuscripts, that is why they are all there.
Most do their utmost to show they are smarter and better than GOD but only exposing their stupidity instead. Most are not fluent in languages of The Prophets/Messengers, so most have a tendency to trust and rely on translators and interpretors instead of GOD.

This is nonsense. Anyone should know that the Roman Catholic Bible has added the Apocrypha. These were uninspired books added later, but the inspired Bible written under the authority of the Apostles is the same .THERE ARE SIMILAR CHANGES TO THE QURAN ,which has added parts of Gnostic teaching seen as heretical by Christians . Example the false story of the childhood miracle of Jesus turning clay birds into real ones 2nd cent. is copied into the Quran . The difference is we know the Apocrypha was added .This is why protestants d not use it.

Christians think they have an iron-clad guarantee that they can enter the Kingdom of Heaven once they accept Jesus as the gate-keeper who is also the King. Muslims do not have to go through Muhammad to plead with God using just one solitary version of the Message from God,the Quran. Muslims of various 'denominations or sects' can go to the same mosque to pray without fear of losing any divine validity or recognition. The alledged 'versions' of the Quran differ only in the facade and missing or extra 'dots and dashes' found due to lax proof-reading and printing errors. Muslims do not try or need to nit-pick the errors of the various versions of the Bible used by about 500 Christian denominations. They need not because they are used to only one Quran as guide to their salvation.
honestly the different sects in Islam are more comparable to political parties like Democrat and Republican than actual religious division. Some branches you could compare less to political parties and more like emphasis, like many Sufis focus on Zikhr, etc.

Although Muslims lack a monolithic outfit like the Catholiçs, they have spawned only a fraction of the number of 'sects' among non-Catholic Christians. However, Muslims still have not come to common terms in major practical areas like 'interest', 'halal certification', and theological issues like the birth, death and second coming of Jesus, the end times, and interpretation of the Quran.
@@khalilbonjol8711 I've studied different Ulema from different mazhabs, they agree on the vast majority of it, the differences are too minor. Often time the difference between muslims within a sect is greater than the differences between the average muslim from different sects.

The seriousness of the dillema can be exposed once there is attempt to translate the Quran into the major languages. Although there is one Quran in Arabic, you find in the English translations (now @50) verses which can diverge in meaning depending on the translation. A non Arab or non-Muslim will find difficulty in deciding the closest correct meaning.
