Hello Crafty Friends,
I’m all caught up with the #junkjournaljuly2024, my videos are posting on the same date as the prompts.
The prompt today is “petal” for day 16: Today I did not create a background for my page because the journal card was almost the same size as the page. I used a page from a “Science Nature Guide: Wild Flowers”, I cut the middle out and then glued the two halves together. I hid the seam with paper lace that I found at a local thrift store. This is the front of the journal card that covers the packaging from the DT store. I placed flower petals inside the plastic packaging and this created a shaker window for the journaling card. I covered the back of the DT packaging with a plain shipping label to cover the DT wording. I think it is oh sure and super simple!!
