Mate, I’m absolutely certain that all your Indian and Pakistani fans will agree that this was an amazing plate of food! No mean feat, considering you prepped and cooked it all outdoors. I don’t know how much you know about food from the sub continent, but that really was as authentic as you can get. My mum approves, and she doesn’t compliment anyone else’s Pakistani cooking! Top bloke! 👍🏼
yup he did it very well actually 😊
This is a first. Curry in the woods
Hey im from india..
U made it look great just how indians mom would have cooked it..
But still hope i could have tasted it...
The way u made it in the woods..
Thank you :) thats great to hear
Indians are always so nice. Fantastic country.
Friend only one thing is missing in your recipe BUTTER if you would have butter it would have become the famous Indian Dish "BUTTER CHICKEN "
From India your dish was mouth watering 👍👍👍
@@anilbharaskar9462 Or the naan...But wow, it looked amazing
Oh yum, I’d pay good money for a meal like that in a restaurant, worth even more out in nature!
:) Thanks, I was happy with how this one came out
Someone should create a restaurant were it's just out in the woods and you sit on tree stumps and everything is cooked in front of you on a campfire.
@@yt-xe8ws go and do it you'd make a moza I reckon.
Something magical about watching someone cook food in the woods .
Thankyou Andy love your cook ups.
Andy, I'm Indian, and I'm jealous of this meal, we'll done mate

Back in the 70’s/80’s I used to enter camping/cooking competitions in the Scouts (7th Deal(Sandwich) St George’s) and I always aimed for the unusual. No pot roasts, but deep-fried mushrooms is in batter, sweet & sour pork with fried rice etc. Your channel really brings back those days! Being Kent based helps. We camped at Betshanger and Kingsdown.
Incidentally, we usually used a trench fire, which is very versatile and efficient. Happy to explain that if you’re interested.
WARNING: Do not watch this on an empty stomach! May cause hunger pangs and a major sense of jealousy!
F***k! This is why in some videos, you should read the comments before you watch the video.
I've just had supper and it still made me want a curry!
Why the jealous part tho?
Lmaoo when I watch this I find myself at 1am rading the fridge
Coming soon to a book store near you. Andy’s “In The Woods” Recipes.

My favourite dish. I do cook non veg dishes outdoors quite often. This one really stands out. Love from India.
He’s amazing and funny and I want to go camping with him!!! I want some of that curry😋 he’s my absolute favorite bush craft person and I learn from watching his videos! Namaste 🙏
It's hard watching you prepare without chefs knives, but it alway looks so good. 👌🏻
I am so glad you focus a Lot on cooking. I love outdoor camping and cooking with minimal tools. It's very therapeutic. Thanks
Hey there Mr. kent! I think you should need a drone camera to show us how beauty the wild is and how lake is wide and explore swiftly the undiscovered beautiful things beneath, as well it can help you locate your location, destination and sefetiness. Now-a-days drone cameras are the best buddies for campers like you.
Been watching your videos since October last year, got ur channel recommendation from a similar channel like you called the firebox stove. But you my dude is a legend, from making his own bread to butter to the very own knife i means it's absolutely crazy how you put everything together in the middle of a forest. I really wanna be able to do that someday. Love from India. ❤️
When your proud of yourself for getting a shelter and fire going then see this... amazing work
I had to watch this one again. I'm going to try this recipe at home. Thanks for posting it. Looking forward to some overnight trips. The added benefit of an overnight is that we get an evening hot chocolate before bed and a breakfast as well. Cheers!
Man what a great Chanel I love it it’s so peaceful.there no better sound in this world than the crackle of a fire 🔥 and the sizzle of meat on stone lol.
Thanks very much Brian :)
It’s called a full meal. It look so delicious. Lots of love from India. You are a CAMP-MASTERCHEF. 🙏👍✌️👌
Now that's how I make a curry in the house. Massive props for doing it on a camp fire
My indian tummy is so satisfied right now just by seeing this video! Thanks for the video tribute to our beloved curry! Top job!
P.S. we indians do not eat the curry and the bread bite after bite. Correct way to eat it is to tear small pieces of the bread and then load it with curry on top (much like a taco) and devour! :)
Best looking campfire meal...ever
Inspiring
Those of us that have been around since the start know that you never watch a KS camp cook vid during the day, always 1 hour before dinner or just before you are setting out for the bush and your own adventure. Like you never go shopping for food when you are hungry lol. Nailed it once again Andy. Bread looked amazeballs. Open up a sodding a bush cafe mate lol. Cheers Moose.
That curry looked tastier than what you would get in an indian restaurant
That was awesome, its amazing to see more complex recipes done in the woods. thanks for the video, looking forward to the next!
It never stops to amaze me how you make that fire you make it look so easy x
Just as you served up my microwave pinged safe to say I was a bit gutted looking down at my nuked shepherd's pie and seeing what you were having 😂👍
Smashed this out of the park! This one is on the menu for our next trip into the outback. Keep em coming
I have to say that curry looked exquisite!! I wouldn't have blamed you of you ate it all! Great job.... cooking outdoors is the best! It tastes even better.
