Shoulder width apart or wider apart you can swing the full same amount of degrees how your feet are position is all about personal preference of what somebody likes I've seen some people who are really good and trap shooting in their feet are closer than shoulder-width apart and they hit 23 out of 25 every time. And I know some folks you haven't much wider outside of their shoulders and they also shoot 23 out of 25. But standing shoulder width apart like you were saying I think is a good starting base put the tell someone that you can't swing if your feet are wider than that is incorrect but shoulder-width apart is a good starting position from their then they can adjust and tweak whatever their body feels most comfortable cuz really that's what about the position is all about is what's most comfortable and repeatable for a person
Na you got it backwards actually. It’s kind of counterintuitive but you have to lean into the stock or it will hurt your cheek. If you’re not against firmly on the recoil it pops up and jabs you in the face, not fun
Thank you so much for this information as I am an absolute beginner.
I like this explanation very much... thank you.

What range is this?

Can't the recoil hurt your cheek if you lean against the stock like that? I'd be scared to shoot like that 😬

Toe should always be pointed towards the target you are shooting lol
