I installed the corksport transmission motor mount, corksport crankshaft pulley, and corksport rear motor mount over the weekend. It took some work, but those first two your vids helped a lot. Keep it up man!

Corksport exhaust just sounds so gooooood!
Nice install. Stiffening the engine and trans to the chassis will give the feeling of crisp shifts. The reason is that the engine and trans are not rocking back and forth but rather putting more power to the axles and wheels. I'm not saying +10HP to the wheels, just more direct energy to the wheels.

Do I just need the exhaust pipes or do I need to make changes to my engine at all? You can change your mid pipe & exhaust without needing to mess with your engine. I hope that answers your question bro!

if theres no vibration, then its not that stiff or newer mazda making really good frame. i learned my exp from hard rear mount on my speed protege... i will never touch any car's rear mount after that.

Nice ride man! I just got myself the 2017 Touring trim. Looking forward to mod it as well. Anyway in regards to your video, you said that there is slight vibration after you installed the corksport mounts. Motor/transmission mounts are suppose to reduce vibrations in your car, so those corksport mounts kinda defeats its own purpose.
Upgraded mounts such as CS and JBR are meant to prevent the engine and transmission from moving around and in turn, the stiffer mounts sacrifice comfort for performance.
With a stiffer mount you basically gain some of the torque loss through the soft mount, and with stiffer mounts you get vibration in the cabin from the motor. To some that’s a con but to others it’s a pro and i like it.

I found a good deal on a sport, so its a 2.0 :( I'll try to add as much power as i can lol. Once my business gets some traction I'm going for a used F Type. So i'll suck it up with a little Sport for now.
these 2.0 sports are fun little cars bro, really good in the corners espicially. Keep grinding for that f type too bro

How many WHP does your car have ?
I have a question, so on the instruction paper it has the corksport logo towards the passenger side but when I got my rear motor mount the corksport logo faces the driver side but on the instructions is says to put the short “collar” towards the passenger side. So that’s what I did. Does anyone else have this problem? I’m worried I installed it backwards. Is the corksport logo facing towards the driver or passenger. TIA
Ignore the logo, can check the length! I remember they said the longer one goes one side

I am thinking to install a new exhaust. I don't want the exhaust to mess up my music experience as I have the bose speakers. But I want a loud exhaust note when I accelerate say go over 2.5k RPM. Can anyone tell me if this is even possible?
Maybe add sound mats in your car. Not too much where you can't hear anything outside lol
Sound mat is your only option. Honestly if you don’t have a mid pipe, you shouldn’t worry

Assuming he has the 2.0, we have most of the same performance parts. With a corksport CAI, 60mm catback, and a full tune from DRTuned, I got rated at 174 bhp on a mustang dyno.

TMM: engine
RMM: gear box
Both of this mods are stiffer than OEM. Therefore having a stiffer ones during the movement of the engine & the gear box will assure you won’t lose power

That's why you gotta loosen the red bolts LOL. Lets things move around easier.
You should support your engine with a jack before you remove the mount. It will keep the engine from twisting forward and everything will line up and go back together easier
